everyone on here is talking about ballet, and I read you were on a dance team, and all this is like two years ago but i prefer straight legged fouettes :D I can do at least 6 on a good day, twice as many on a really good day :) anyways, youres were wayyy better than mine when I had to literally teach myself, we had a horrible pom coach last year and she didnt care how we learned them as long as we had them...
Start in first position. Tendu to the side, shifting your weight. There should be no weight on the toes of the foot en tendu. Ron de jambe a terre dierre, then prepare and pirouette. In pirouette the working leg is in passe, which means your hips are level and knee is to the side. Your supporting leg is straight and your foot is in a high demi pointe. Do not attempt a fouette if you cannot do a single pirouette correctly. See what I'm saying here??
You cannot teach yourself ballet. You will develop all sorts of bad habits and incorrect technique and just give yourself more work to do later on. You'll have to undo all of the habits AND learn correct technique. You should never attempt any ballet steps without correct training - especially an advanced skill like fouettes!
Needless to say, these are, to put it lightly, not good.
The hard thing with ballet is, you can't teach it to yourself. Your balance is okay, but your arms, spotting, height etc, need a lot of work. Keep it up though
your hoping on your foot instead of turning on it, and your arms aren't doing you any favors. make sure they are solid and you have a deeper plié. try working on a set of 4 and then a double out. also your preparation is a bit weak, try going into it with more power.

Watch your arms as well. Try to not do a swimming motion with them; work on keep them still and rounded, palms facing forward.
Also, try not to hop.
Great improvement though!
