I hope we can all move forward now and not allow this to happen again, it is not beneficial to the movement to have discord among us and LOSE coverage because of that. We need attention to the movement in any positive way possible without a personal agenda in the way. Lets focus on today's news and keep it positive and factual!

The harm to the movement cannot be undone, we lost some momentum when this video was removed from the guardian. I honestly hope that John-David reflects upon this and does not repeat this action again. In his attempt to discredit charlie, he only made himself, and reputation look bad. I am not a journalist or a fame hound or seeking recognition or money, but this is my video, I have the raw footage in my personal laptop and phone. The guardian is well aware of this now. Soon it will go back up!

John David, you have a lot of explaining to do - as you, having been told that this was not your video and you have no ownership claims or rights over it, complained to the Guardian and had it taken down - negatively impacting the movement out of a self-centered action.

I suggest and expect that you will immediately contact the Guardian and retract your false statement.

I have attempted - and believed I succeeded - in setting John straight about his misconceptions. John is a good person who I have known for some time. I am not sure why he believed as he did or why he reacted in this way to that belief - but let us not get caught up in this side issue - and focus on the work we have to do with the Movement. Hey JohnDavid.. we have a problem please that needs to be settled. This ORIGINAL raw footage was uploaded in my home from a phone to MY laptop into MY youtube account just hours after this event occurred. (wd4krinareed) You can see how charlie said "got it" once it was posted. He obviously was told BY ME where to find it so he could use it. Get off your ego trip, this is not your video. EnnArr shot this video on his phone, he downloaded into MY computer and uploaded it into MY youtube account.

Hey, guess what, I am ennarr and the raw footage resides on my HTC EVO from which this video was recorded. I uploaded the original to Youtube.

Charlie has spread the video on the net and it now has over 5,000 views in just 24 hours. This is a good thing. He did so with my permission. If I wanted to hoard my video and be a snob, I wouldn't have ran to Youtube to post it so quickly.

Now, I ask, why are you claiming ownership of my video?
