I usually hate people who use the fair use card these days. That is why I hate most of the anime fan base, that they don't know anything how copyright infringement works.
One thing I'd disagree with: "Even if you don't make money off it, it's still copyright infringement."
I disagree with that part of copyright law, because if we're not making money off someone else's intellectual property, why punish us for using it anyway?
In addition, it's not even a full episode, just a short clip from one. If it was a full episode, then people could just go there to watch it for free, but the most a short segment would do is make people interested in seeing the full thing...which is free advertising.
Key word, somethiing that's already INTENDED for comedy. It certainly helps that YTPs can already be considered Fair Use due to significant alterations to the original content which would put it under Fair Use's "Transformation" clause.
