Which Enterprise are we talking about? I could see an X-Wing severely damaging the first one (NCC1701) but I doubt it could do the same to the later versions. If you are talking about the Enterprise D (i.e. Star Trek: The Next Gen.) it would probably take a low-class star destroyer to accurately class the Enterprise D. Regardless of the ships, you have to remember that whoever is piloting them is a major factor in the battles.
