This is pretty good, but I agree it WOULD be better in HQ. Unfortunately if you don't write in the description BEFORE you upload the vid "Watch in High Quality", there's no way to ADD "&fmt=18" to the link anymore UNLESS you annotate it (read about annotations; you can add that to the link and people can click on your annotation).
