If anyone here uses windows movie maker, if you make any changes at all to it (this incldes cutting parts out, adding effects, titles, ect) you must click file, then click publish movie. (or just push the hotkey ctrl + p) Then when uploading the file to youtube, select the published file and not the origional footage file and it will work for sure.
