This couldn't be more true. I am a not owl and if I stay up too late on the weekends, I get hungry all over again and I want to eat around 9 or 10 pm. I will stay up until 1 or 2 and then get up early and I am just a mess. I have to have 8 or 9 hours and sometimes I have to have naps because I have chronic Fatigue Syndrome (with Fibromyalgia)

@syddogg10 if you're sleeping around 12 hours, you might want to get your iron and vitamin B12 levels checked up (nurse will take a blood test to determine if you lack either of these nutrients). A deficiency in iron and vitamin B12 causes tiredness.
@Peridot500 A deficiency in certain nutrients (especially a deficiency in magnesium) causes sleeping problems! Also, if you aren't drinking enough water throughout the day, that can cause sleeping problems too. You might want to get your nutrient levels checked up for: magnesium, calcium, vitamin D, vitamin A, and folic acid (nurse will take a blood test to see if you are low in them). The nutrients that I listed are important for good sound sleep!
Great info Mattie! And as an older gal I can say that getting good sleep really helps lessen menopause symptoms too! Must be that hormone issue you were talking about. Thanks for the great videos, always learn so much from you! Hope you have a Merry Christmas!
