This is the most Complicated plot for kids to take in, so they have animals on there chest that they can turn into, then staffs that represent emotion? but it all runs out and they have to charge it up? and they are in a time/universe where maidens and wizards co-exist with metallic futuristic suites and spaceships! haha I Love it but i'm 21!!!

@klaos9999 I was 7-8 when i watched this, and understood pretty much all of it.

I being 5-6 and watching thundercats / starwars and pretty much anything else with plot beyond cat vs mouse was significantly incomprehensible though, which was a shame since i probably didn't understand some really great early 80s cartoons.
