This is my absolute favourite lhasa apso video! I've had lhasas since 1979 and as any lhasa fan will appreciate, am totally committed to this breed. I'm on my 3rd and 4th lhasa now.

My dog is a lhasa apso and she does the same pose on 0:24 lol and when i go off somewhere for a minute and i come back she jumps all over me and gives me kisses !!!!

If your raise them right no not really. BUT they were kept in the palaces of china because they make good alarm dogs. Mine barks when he heard something by the door.

Lhasas are such good dogs. Stubborn little guys though!! My Lhasa Apso, Buddy, is nine years old now. He's my best friend, and he's very loyal and protective of me. (Although, he doesn't look very threatening lol) I never let his coat grow as long as the lhasa apso show dogs, cuz it's just too much work. They are great dogs though!!

Hello, great video by the way. I have two dogs one is a cute Lhasa called Tilly and a boy dog called Teddy but he is a yorkie&lhasa cross. When we bought him we was told he was a lhasa and when we took him to the vets to have his injections done the vet said NO WAY thats a lhasa. BUT OH WELL THERE CUTE x

Great vid, I love these dogs, mines 7years old and his names oliver, he's the sweetest nicest dog anyone could ever ask for, and apsos are great guard dogs too... apparantly they used to guard temples in tibet 100's of years ago, they are very clever!

Lhasas are so neat. I like them better without the extra long "show" hair. I think they look cuter then because they are happier without all that and cooler too. (I guess)

Contrary to belief it doesn't make them cooler their longer hair is same as a Shiddies, it keeps them cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter:o)
