Just a heads up. Even as a NON-partner, virtually any specialty other than peds or FP makes a BARE MINIMUM of 200K and that's in an HMO dominated Bay Area. Move to the south or midwest: ~400K. Make partner with profit sharing rads and you should be pushing seven figures if you play your cards right. RNs start at around 80K even at a teaching hospital, but can make around 100K if they specialize further.
