  • Great kit, thanks for sharing.

    What is the music?

  • Excellent......xD

  • Wary of the first unit?

It has two stickers on it from a pretty well known game developer & publisher (BMG Interactive), I'm sure this was actual dev hardware they used.

  • Iv seen the PS3 Dev kits expensive on ebay also Xbox 360

  • Thumbs up:

    1. Good music

    2. Good video

    Thumbs down:

    1. No Net Yaroze

  • @mycomputerhelp231 Net Yaroze was a handicapped retail kit.... pishhh...stupid... :)

  • @tigyi He still should have bought it...

  • Could I have one? I always wanted one.

  • Could I have a debugging station or the original one?

  • I remember my friend's dad had this exact same unit. Thought he had the coolest PS cause of this.

  • Great video, I got myself an H1200... except it only plays Japanese games. <--- got screwed.

  • I'd like to ask: do you have the Net Yaroze as well?

  • @JackBandicootsBunker I don't really collect retail hardware.

  • awww... The song's cute....lol

  • DAMN BRO! THOSE BLUE PS0NE CAME OUT WITH THE SMURF MOVIE! YEAT THAT'S RIGHT! HEY THANKS FOR THAT VIDEO..THOSE SYST. ARE GOLD'S WORTHY!

  • wtf my psone only had on the back a power cable connection and an HDMI connection

  • @xkkiller117 THe psONE doesn't have HDMI only multi-AV out.

  • @xkkiller117 Mine also had a HDMI connection so its pretty normal.

  • How much did this cost you?

  • wow dude you sound excited

  • @KEWLPIXELGAMERZ Long day of work will do that.

  • @ASSEMblerEX a new subscriber for your hard work

  • @KEWLPIXELGAMERZ I'd be so excited to open that shit up, i wouldn't be able to control my orgasms.

  • The scph-1000 did (some of them) Problem is the inevitable scratching.

  • Duuude... You have nice collection. This Debugging Stations is really rare :)

    Greetengs from poland. PSX FTW!!

  • could you please do a follow up and show us how one of these work for us that don't know about them?

  • That first debug unit, I would be mighty wary of it. When you turn it the reflection of the lid looks like it's simple paint. That, combined with the used video game place label on the bottom, makes it seem like a bootleg. A simple model number sticker replacement.

  • @Draknfyre i noticed that too but look at this guys other videos and collection i feel like hes involved with the videogame industry. I think(as he mentioned)that its just really beat up and the finish is wearing off.

  • Sweeet consoles man! I don't have any developer stuff :(

  • The Blue color is really nice

  • omg that one at 1:54 is TEH SEX. thats like uber uber rare, i'd give you 500 for it.

  • Where did you get these?

  • Give me one,PLEASE! :(

  • Whoa, Alameda Game Exchange! I go there pretty often, I'll have to ask them about this.

  • yes he does :)

  • hey do you own the ASSEMbler website?

  • dude, zoom out a little.. let us appreciate the product.

  • People back in the 90's were actually able to get there hands on a PS1 Net Yaroze which is the black ps1 but it did not catch on..

  • The music reinforced the feeling that a new baby or member of the family arrived. Priceless.

  • AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGHHHHH ! ! ! ! My Heart HURTS :O ! ! !

Those brand new rare PS1 consoles.....

    PRICELESS ! ! !

If I were SONY I'd definitely put up a new department where obsolete/rare/custom consoles would be produced for collectors.....

Stuff like this definitely needs more attention.

  • Whats up with the "Alameda Game Exchange: First Class mail" Sticker on the bottom. I can't imagine someone at some point in this consoles life actually buying this at a second hand video game store. that would be crazy

  • Very cool, I have a Sony Net Yaroze that I got for 40 dollars.

  • cool the first blue one might have been invilved in GTA's development

  • I got a blue debug 1001 from a garage sale for $20 from an old Acclaim developer. This is Arkanoid from the forums btw.

  • whr did you get this?

  • I'm jealous.

  • That's really cool that you have an unopened playstation debug unit. That's exciting to have in a collection.

  • imovie 09/08 has its share of quality issues, I can't seem to figure out how to preserve the blacks better but if it crashes everything is saved instantly as you work so it saves a lot of time. iMovie HD is still sort of better but takes longer to render. But I'd still take either one over movie maker, I've had too many projects near completion when it either decides to crap out and erase everything or has me rerender nearly all my footage to window's special codec.

  • i envy you, ASSEMblerEX.

    :-(

  • Great!

  • when i was a kid i really wanted a blue debug, just really for the color cause it was a lot more interesting color then the boring gray.

  • That is fantastic dude.

  • nice:D

  • Cute.

    Maybe just the music.

    Good luck with iMovie.

  • I have a feeling the next part may feature a Yaroze, am I right?

  • Wow that's really cool. I have a Family BASIC which is pretty much the same thing except for NES.
