should of told them to hold the string at the first fret to make it easier to string so it doesn't flop around... that's happened to me a lot and always felt when i tug on the string to give some resistance or some shit that it was a lot easier to tone. not to mention holding my thumb down on the string near the turning knob so it doesn't come undone... that's just me though :-/
