overall Sasuke was given a rather radical character development in the entirety of the series, in the beginning he was a brooding dark antithesis to naruto and ofcousre his obvious friend and rival, but then after all of Part 1 he shifts viciously to the shadier side of his personality and becomes murderous and cold, so in my eyes Sasuke is kind of the ultimate character driving the entirity of the story while maintaining his cold,dark mission

Naruto and Sasuke and their complicated best friends/worst enemies relationship are the heart and soul of the show.

The only thing Itachi couldnt do, was kill his little brother, Sasuke, which Sasuke found out he actually loved him. Itachi planned all of it out, so he dies a traitor while Sasuke's lives a hero. Itachi always loved him, which is really cool in my eyes.

ya itachi is still alive. kabuto summoned him for the grave along with some other atasuki.. and for this fight ya itach was hold back sasuke hit him 1 time the whole fight. so idk how he could have died from that, and in the manga Tobi (madara) tells sasuke that itachi if trying would have killed his ass without breaking a sweat. but he had 2 be the good guy and is prolly the best good guy in the entire series and thats y he is my favorite character.

In the end, Itachi never wanted Sasuke to think he was a cold-stone murderer, Itachi killed his whole family because, it was indeed a mission. He completed the mission, killed his mom, dad, whole family, gave up all his feelings. The only thing Itachi couldnt do, was kill his little brother, Sasuke, which Sasuke found out he actually loved him. Itachi planned all of it out, so he dies a traitor while Sasuke's lives a hero. Itachi always loved him, which is really cool in my eyes.

Itachi is my favorite character 2. Ple underestimate how powerful he really is because he's so patient n unwilling 2 fight:he even said dat himself. But ple need 2 realize Itachi is really INTENSE. ya itachi is still alive. kabuto summoned him for the grave along with some other atasuki.. and for this fight ya itach was hold back sasuke hit him 1 time the whole fight. so idk how he could have died from that, and in the manga Tobi (madara) tells sasuke that itachi if trying would have killed his ass without breaking a sweat. but he had 2 be the good guy and is prolly the best good guy in the entire series and thats y he is my favorite character.

Naruto's, Gaara's, Sasuke's, Kakashi's, Rock Lee's, Nagato's, and More character's childhood have been bad to disastrous... The pain and suffering that they had to endure.. The loneliness and Hatred they went through have scared them for life.. But the fact that They ALL overcome any obstacle in their path is a HUGE Encouragement.

If he chose not to kill his clan, someone else would have been ordered to regardless and Sasuke would've died. Atleast with Itachi being the murderer of the clan, he could spare one life. Itachi's father's plan, according to Madara, would have taken action leaving no room for a genocide. His decision to kill the clan had nothing to do with sparing Sasuke's life, but everything to do with maintaing the peace in Konoha. And, oh is that what he told you? Because he didnt say that anywhere
