Uthayakumar: Malaysian police are inefficient, corrupted and hooligans

I do agree over what had been mentioned about the malaysian police. The fact about the contributing factor to the outcome of the stupid police of malaysia begins with the malaysian goverment whom was in favor of the malay for decades. Favorism had enable those lowly educated malay were given jobs which they don't deserved. That sucks! My personal opinion about 1Malaysia was, it's a tool to blind the other race for the next many years to come.
