Hey there! great questions! Normal applications should start when plants have 3 to 4 “nodes” which is shortly after the “cotyledon” phase from seed. If the plants are clones from “mother plants” u should normally wait until healthy root development/plant growth occurs (2 “nodes”) UNLESS your garden is prone to insects or already has them. In this case use at half strength with insecticidal soap as the emulsifier.
I have a quick question on when you can start to spray your vegetative growth with neem. Also, can it effectively be mixed with a small amount of nutrients to act as a foliar spray and if so, what is the soonest and or recommended time or age of plant to start this protection process? Thanks.

This way it will not be impeded by the oil and hopefully reach its destination inside the plants cellular tissue. *FOLIAR FEEDING NOTES*
