It took a while for me to realize this, but Tsuji sang Aibon's 'suki, suki, suki' at the last part there. I wonder what was going through her mind when she sang that. Must have been really painful for her.

Of course Miya did the best, she had the best range and control out of all of this line up. n_n

Maasa has always had poor control although she is much better today then in this video clip. Risako sang very, very well for her voice at this stage. Only a bit flat on her last notes.

Maimi always sounds better in upbeat songs, but she sounded really good in this. Raspy :3

Yui was crackly but wasn't meant to be a good singer. Erika's range was good, a few quavers here and there.

Nono sung well.

@HelloProjectLover2 Okay, well, clearly, you're the only one here that thinks so. I agree that Maimi has a good voice, but a lot of the times (not in this performance), she gets really off-key. Miyabi's may be nasally, but compared to others, she has a great voice. It's not shaky either. Her high note was phenomenal. That's not accomplished a lot by girls who are her age (in this performance). You must really hate her or something. O___o

I really think that Miyabi is a little overrated. Out of all these girls she has the highest voice which is why she hit the notes. Risako is always terrible. Maimi. Maasa and Tsuji always sound better with low vocals

Tsuji is as good as usual. Maimi and Miyabi did great, I like the "I love you for what you are" bit a lot. the one singing 1:30 cracked the high note somehow. the rest... their singing isn't bad, but it sounds werid.

kinds shows, noone can really come close to folks to orginally sang the song. i think the younger singers haven't really had that much vocal traning and i think morning musume members are mostly pushed beyond their limits at being vocally flawless. the original singers of this song were all morning musume members.

And not sure which short haired girl you mean, but it's either Natsuyaki Miyabi from Berryz Koubou or Miyoshi Erika from v-u-den. That depends on which girl though.

...it sounded like the battle of the nasally voices, compared to the original. I don't know why they chose Tsuji and Yui to be pretty much the two main roles--neither of them are particularly strong vocalists when it comes to this type of song, at this pitch.
