' Buicks answer to Mopar ' is a comment from a Buick fan at the track yesterday ,after a 3700 lb. stock eliminator GS pulled a 10.33 at Mission raceway. I have a 66 Beaumont with a street built 455 . I will see what it does at the track later on this month.
I live in Tucson, but my cousin lives @ 7west and 2 south of Kearney (south of the railroad tracks that are south of the main east /west road there. I visit them all the time. But, I don't know where the drag strip is from there. Could you let me know? And btw....what a honkin' Buick. I've got a '71 GS Stage 1 project car. NO RUST! I'll get 'er runnin' ..."one of these years..lol".
