  • I honestly don't think cravings last forever. Eventually you'll kick it. Idk if you ended up cheating or not, I have to catch up! I just know how awful it is to bounce back up then we blame ourselves and let it get to us. Stay strong hon!!

  • @stepharoo85 Well...I didn't cheat, exactly. I'll vlog about it later. I did go to the dinner and I had my tacos on lettuce. I didn't eat any of the yummy desserts they brought...(you should see what those ladies did with tortillas, cream cheese, and canned fruit)! I just had coffee with SF creamer for something sweat after the meal. It was alot of fun and I was happy to stick mostly to protocol!   • That's the worst feeling when you get a new number and bounce back up, BUT you stayed strong and stuck it out and it's paid off!!! So proud of you. I really think HCG just has to do it's thing. Sometimes we get frustrated, but we've just got to keep the big picture in mind and it seems like you're doing just that! :) I understand the cravings, but giving in to them is not the solution!! You have to kick the cravings now, or you will continue to break down and cheat for the rest of your life! =/

  • @stepharoo85 Unfortunately, I did bounce back up a little, today. But, I can live with it. It's not nearly as bad as it could have been had I gone all out and cheated all day yesterday, like I was comtemplating on Friday!

  • My honest opinion? Wait till day 20 and do a planned interruption for a week, do a one day load, resume P2, and do another 20 days. Cheating/a mini-load is SO not worth it if you don't actually have an hCG need to do it (a stall, gaining...).

  • @rillasvilla That makes sense...thanks for your input. I may do a planned interruption if I don't make it to goal before this vial of hcg runs out. I just mixed a new batch, today that made 14 injections. Surely, if I stick to protocol, I can lose 8.8 pounds in 14 days. If not, I'll be at day 26 when I run out and will mix the last vial, do a short PI, and one day load to finish up. Thanks so much for your comment and continued support...(((HUGS)))

  • @homemovies1961 I think I'm good, today! I did eat one piece of candy last night but it was from my B-I-L 's package that he'd left open on the desk at work and I was able to eat just the one and mine is still wrapped in plastic wrap intact. I think I'm going to be okay to finish up this round strong. My mind is in a much better place. Thank you so much for your input, though. I really appreciate your watching and commenting!

  • Decide If pizza (and it better be some freakin gourmet mess) and campfire candy is worth it. Maybe make your own Carmel candy with Choco D and wf Carmel dip and Mac nuts

  • @HcgHousewife OMG...aren't you clever!  I could definitely do that! But, I'm feeling much better, today and the candy and pizza doesn't sound nearly as appealing as hitting my goal. Thanks so much for your input...greatly appreciated as always! (((HUGS)))

  • Because I am in a way different place of my journey my answer might not be what you need but I would stick to protocol. I say this because it is the "just one day" cheats to "get it out of my system" that has kept me from following thru on so many diets and got me living in this toxic unhealthy body. But you have followed thru and have made it do far that maybe you are strong enough to see it thru? You have almost made it to your goal and that is something to be very proud of... Only you can

  • @TheJujubee68 Pretty sure that's what I'm going to do. I did have one of the candies last night at work and it wasn't nearly as good as I'd let my self believe it would be. So, my box will sit unopened until P4. I do think I need to get it put up in a cabinet, though, so it's not just staring me in the face all the time...lol! (((HUGS)))

  • Oh girl, that's a hard one!! You seem to do real well when you mini load so I guess I would be sure to consider in the past, how much your body gains on a cheat day and see if you're willing to gain that and re lose it or not. I gain waayyy too much to even think about it and I never ever lose on a cheat...but that's me...good luck girl!!

  • @justgranny45 Ok...not too many responses so either I disappointed everyone to the point that they just don't care to comment or everyone is just as confused as I was when I made the vlog...lol! I think what I've decided is to see what the scale says tomorrow (I did have one of the candies today and a taste of cashew butter from whole foods) and if I haven't already done too much damage, I'll either plan for an interruption for next weekend or just finish out the round, good and strong...

  • In my opinion I say go for it. You know what you need and if you need this one "cheat" to stay strong through your round then don't feel bad for doing it!!! Good luck with what you decide :)

  • @Bwhipple23 I'm still thinking but, I think what I've decided is to stay on protocol and possibly do a planned interruption next weekend. That way, I can eat off protocol and not have the hcg hormone running through my system and do more damage than good. Either that, or just stay on protocol and just get to goal and wait til I'm through with P3 to eat those other things... I'm feeling stronger, tonight so those are my current thoughts...lol.
