Aim of the video wasn't to intentionally confuse the fee and the increased registration fee. However, the registration fee has increased to such a level people could be forgiven for thinking it might as well be called fees

Way to confuse the re-introduction of fees and the the reg fee.
Also @2:28 there currently is no inflation. Prices are coming down.
