I don't speak russian, cuz I'm not but I think I can actually understand some parts of the vid. I think she feels blinded by love and she can see no one but Dolph's character in others. And the reason she broke down was maybe because her love was nearby she was able to see him after missing him. I could be wrong don't quote me lol. I guess the title has something to do with her love being out of this world for him or being lost without him (space). I think I hope someone can tell me please lol
