@sickpalms, mine did that too, only mine was under warranty when it happened; so I never got to do it. Given the critical nature of this combined with the fact that I have never done this, I can only advise that you get a service manual like Haynes or see a mechanic.
@irocz0r, nah, I'm actually in the 76% who works for the things he/ she wants and tries to make something of themselves. I am the 76% who does not feel entitled to anything and is not waiting for a hand out. Right back at you :)
@ehlm1, not sure. I never worked on a Mustang. If you can't find any kind of adjustment on the cable somewhere my guess would have to be to look at the lever than. The best bet is to get a service manual. Haynes is probably the best as they reverse engineer the cars.
Got a novel idea. 2010 with a stretched cable!!!!! Highly doubtful. How bout adjusting the parking brake shoes if you have drum in hat style OR if its drum style rears...clean and adjust!
good to see another video from you man, its been awhile since you put one up. anyway how's the suburban doing? ours is still running strong, hope to hear from ya soon peace.

I wish I had flat ground to fix my E-brake on my 280ZX. The previous jackass drifted it and treated it like crap.

You told us that you have a lot of miles on it so if it goes too high, it is probably that you should change your brake shoes. Nice video anyway ;)

Good vid man!
I have a 2003 Mustang and wondered if the adjusting can be done the same way as in this car.
