Strong Voice, Beautiful tone. Some Shaky notes here and there, closer to the end it was more noticeable. Work on the breath control, and how much air you're releasing when you sing your notes. Your stomach should expand when you breathe in, and your abdominal muscles help to control that breath when you release it, the better you are at controlling that breath the nicer your notes will sound. You have A LOT of potential, keep up the good work =).
