ive learned my leason. no helmet,no seat belt, riding in a dune buggy, hit a witches eye going 30, my face hit the pillar in front of me.lots of blood,continued my day never went to he hospital. a month later wreckd on a atv helmet came off, got a CAT scan everything was fine :)

you should wear a helmet b/c even the best of riders have wrecks. my friend decided oneday that it was too hot to wear his helmet so he went w/o it and a guy didnt see my friend on his dirtbike and he pulled out in front of him. my friend died that day all b/c he didnt wear his helmet. he hit his head on the windshield washer nozzle and it put a hole in his head. something that would not have happened if he had his helmet on. you have to protect your head. BFT will kill you just like that.
