The pictures of him looking around the oval office went with the speech, but the pictures of the maimed, tortured, and dead are added for the purpose of putting a perspective on the consequences of war. That they are all laughing about it is more disgusting when there are pictures of the consequences juxtaposed with the giggles and music.
