  • maybe Direct Democracy should be voted in?

    paparty.co.uk

  • I went to your link, and it seems that the page is shut down. So, under what to Expose next? you should - Expose the fact that over 10 years of planing the 9/11 attacks was made during bilderburg meetings, the rockafellers, the bush administration, and that our war is one for oil. Start a revolution of trials against presidents, the rich, and give people a clear understanding of the lies we are exposed to. Accountability.

  • I am a Former United States War Veteran 4 Jewnited States, from IRAN. l am the Ultimate Warrior. l NEVER NEED WEAPONS! My own people HATE ME!

l was married to a lovely Asian/Oriental years ago. l dont hate every jew or turk but l hate fucking zionist !

  • The note at the end says "visit screwcensorshipdotcom" for more censorship... Isn't that contradictory advertising?

  • thats the trues americas spirit, revolutionarys, in a passive way not like in france, but even so revolutionarys, foundating fathers fougth against privileges, we should continiou their struggle, destroy the opressive banks and donot pay attention to republican bullshit

GOD BLESS AMERICA, NOT REPUBLICAN PARTY, bunch of nazis totalitarist

  • @GenGeogeSPatton The Republicans gave us the "unpatriot act" and Iraq and removed freedoms, the democrats gave us Ruby Ridge and Waco, they are all a bunch of crooks,, get rid of the lot of them and put in some common men instead of the bunch of rich, cousins who are traitors. Republicans are Nazis and Democrats are Communists.

  • @MrBullfrog9876 Only “common men” with solid knowledge of our Founding should be voted in! They need to understand our unalienable Rights are part of the Laws of Nature; they existed before man, and apply to all Life and social systems. See my channel video for the proof.

  • Beware of evil deeds being commited, because i will get a hold of all arrogant bastards with the audacity of thinking that they can do as they will with an iron fist. Cryogenics won't stop the nightmare from tearing to shreds the sanity of the Unblessed. Beware to think that any amount of technology will deliver you from me

    -Archondacil Strelokatlos

  • first they tell us we cant have the right to talk for oneself and tell us we cant do anything fun, now, there censoring the very thing that gave us freedom, anyone think thats a sign of rebelion,"isolation is my name, say it and you will stay there forever",i think isolation is whats making youth rise against the system

  • is that mr america in hat?

if not , then who is that person ?

  • Excellent points...timely and important...

  • Guys the declaration also says: "Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes"

The fact that the elected government introduces a health care bill that is supported by roughly 50% of the people is NOWHERE NEAR the atrocities commited by the British.

"He has plundered our seas, ravaged our Coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people....scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages" Stop this bullshit !!!

  • @Ben900000 Try again. Traitor.

  • @Ben900000 How about appointing czars left and right, without a vote. Which equals no consent of the governed. Unfairly taxing the middle class into poverty. How about taking BILLIONS of dollars, and shipping it to off shore interests? You know I could keep going, but its like watching a blind person continually walk into a wall with you kind of people.

  • Romantic Brothers - FLOWERS! Great situation track! Listen and make a move! About war, politics - hilarious!

  • I just want to point out that the Declaration of Independence is not a manifesto, but rather a legal document resolving for independence against Great Britain.

You can talk all the censorship and theory you want, if you can read the message and understand what it means and are still saddened that it's not etched on a wall, contact your Representative or Senator.

  • @garzj019 still saddened that it's not etched on a wall, contact your Representative or Senator. - Dont u think that means something?

  • Fuck the government I want a coup!!! I watched that movie in school the government has waged a war on the minds of children our history text books are full of lies. Most of my peers have fallen in to this trap of totalitaryianist believes

  • its not about right wing or left side , its bout failure to listen to the people......thats all and that why they are there, they are not listening

  • a funny ex...at work i posted the declaration of indpen. in the break room, during the wallstreet bailout, 43 pres....it got tore down, two week ago posted it again, it got tore down, again....curent pres.44....both times i hightlighted the point here

  • gov. is fearfull of this, because this is true....the end product of this is revolution of the gov. by the governed.....jeferson was smart, and times have changed little

  • Censor : to examine in order to suppress or delete anything considered objectionable; also : to suppress or delete as objectionable.

  • I have to wonder if you have read them both. If you haven't the constitution can be read to you here on youtube (by hollywood actors no less). There is nothing in the constitution or the declaration that talks about automatic dismissel. In fact in the constutition it lays thr groundwork for accusing and trying the president of the United States one house impeaches him and the other ties him. Nothing is "automatic" Obviously English is not your first language...

  • You work for the government by any chance. I noticed you put nothing in your profile either. Your on youtube without a profile. Ok so much for exercising independence. we no tnmtemerity is hiding his true colors. Automatic dismissal? I think your taking the context loosly. The point is the government or at least factions of it can be disolved if found corrupt. That is a right of the people. A government that leads against the will of the people is known as fascism.

  • It is my prerogative to not have a detailed profile, I do however have videos here that I produced. I take context exactly I don't like inaccuracies like "automatic dismissal". It simply isn't true, it is a false statement. The US is not a dictatorship so people can be removed without military coup. However if you read my original post it was just that this video isn't true either - The Declaration of Independence is NOT censored. It is available EVERYWHERE in it's complete form.

  • This is not censureship. The contents of it are WIDELY available. This video takes the declaration WAY out of context. It was a declaration declaring our independance from a Monarch and in a time when we had no say in what happened to us. Today we do live in a republic and we vote for what we want. You don't like what is going on - then vote for someone else. liberty and the pursuit of happiness. If the gov't were like you think and claim this video wouldn't be allowed... .

  • yeah but if Elected gov. become corrupted and going towards peoples interests, and maybe became a tiranny or something like that, US Citizen have the rights to overthrow it. Its not this the case, but peoples must claim this rights.

This is also why officials are automatic dismissed when they fail to fullfill their Job etc

Anyway Nicola Cage in his film National Treasure remind all this perfectly and in a very well acting and filmaking. :)

  • by claiming and defending this right, you can avoid that gov. become a tiranny or something like that.

but anyway even so you have to hold the majority of peoples with you as in democracy. Infact for example Congress have the power to dismiss even the President and peoples the power to dismis officials and their rappresentative if majority want it. Yeah they are very specific cases but its an important right.

    Thats Liberty ! :)

  • So Hollywood is the last word in legal issues? First of all The Declaration of Independance is NOT us law. The Constitution is. Nobody ever argues in court "this violates my ______ right given in the Declaration of Independance." The document does not claim that US Citizens have certain rights, but that all free people do. Nobody U.S. Official is automatically dismissed if they fail to fulfill their job either. These are facts, not opinion.

  • The US Costitution was build upon Declaration of Independece and infact have many common point of view. You really should read it more both :)

The document its very clear and free peoples was US Citizen too. IF U.S. Official fail to fullfill their job can be dismissed by their superior lead without need for self resignation. Its usually happen so, and this is a kind of automatic dismission. And If your town or discrict fail in this is not my guilty :-)

  • And the peoples are over all. So In same way Officials elected by people, can be dismissed by the peoples.

  • This is the reason too, 'cause Ron Paul tell US People to better Study the US Costitution, other than Declaration of Independence.

  • so how do we over throw our government??? they got the army, the police and the weapons on there side!!! and not enough americans have enough balls to stand together. so what do we do???

  • Peaceful resistance, dude. Imagine if one person decided not to pay taxes or abide by the government's arbitrary laws. What would happen? He'd be destroyed.

Now imagine if the entire country decided to stop paying their taxes and letting ourselves be controlled by the government. Then what would happen?

Revolution! The government cannot exist if we do not conform to it.

  • but like I said.. unfortunately not enough people have the balls to stand together.. theres a ton of people that still beleive that the gov is there friend..

  • Yes that's a threat, and you can't stop me.

  • I'm going to attack the government, tomorrow.

  • everyone know that usa is becoming a controling country

  • I think we have a far greater crisis at hand than credit or conservatism vs. liberalism. if both sides get together for their liberty we can change it, i encourage you all to unite and eliminate this censorship crap!

  • fuck the system

  • I agree the ystem is broken and needs to be replaced.

  • free all political prisoners who refuse to pay the IRS tribute.

  • The system?

I say the people in charge first.

  • fuck the us government to hell

  • "This country, with its institutions, belongs to the people who inhabit it. Whenever they shall grow weary of the existing government, they can exercise their constitutional right of amending it or their revolutionary right to dismember it or overthrow it."

    -- Abraham Lincoln, 4 April 1861

  • "Today we need a nation of minute men; citizens who are not only prepared to take up arms, but citizens who regard the preservation of freedom as a basic purpose of their daily life and who are willing to consciously work and sacrifice for that freedom. The cause of liberty, the cause of American, cannot succeed with any lesser effort."

    -- President John F. Kennedy, January 29, 1961

  • "The very atmosphere of firearms anywhere and everywhere restrains evil interference - they deserve a place of honor with all that's good"

    -- George Washington

"The best we can hope for concerning the people at large is that they be properly armed."

-- Alexander Hamilton, The Federalist Papers at 184-188

  • I think my favorite part in the Declaration of Independence is when it uses the terms "God" and "Creator" in the first two sentences. Yet, here many people stand attempting to kick "God" out of America. No prayers in school! Then there are people who want "God" taken out of OUR pledge of alligence. When we started this great nation, states were suppose to be self governed and the national government would only step in as needed. Today, we have given almost all the power to the Federal Government

  • The Declaration makes a neutral statement of nature and nature's god to respect all people of all religious or non religious beliefs. They are endowed by their creator is a general term. Some wanted Jesus put in but it was voted down cause it excluded other beliefs. It's important to allow families the right to raise their children with their own religious beliefs... do to deny that is just the same tyranny they were escaping from originally. You should never force a particular belief on others

  • remember that not all religion have a god /goddess & most do

but God doesn't necessarily mean the same god to every one

its just an acknowledgment of religion and nature of human in itself to believe in something

  • That doesn't sound like Jefferson. If there was any anti-government political figure that ever lived-- it was Jefferson,

  • Yeah and the South when it left had the moral high ground. It saw that the North was getting in the way of their unalienable rights and was not working for the people of the South and the North but just for the North

  • moral high ground?

  • you really have no idea what I'm talking about do you? I'm not being mean it's just sad that people dont hear both sides of the story.

"fact"1:Lee and Davis were horrible people and loved slavery. false:they both had the admiration of both sides and actively campaigned against slavery

"fact"2:if the South won, we would still have slavery false:it is widely known and accepted that if the South had gone it's own way slavery would have been abolished in the 19th century, like every other nation

  • It was and is the right of the states to dissolve the political bonds and form new ones. It is there right to separate from that system that they voluntarily joined. There was never an implied requirement to be united forever no matter what. So I agree the south was justified in forming the Confederacy, as is there rights under the Declaration of Independence, Constitution, and Natural Laws.

  • And our right to independence that the government took away. I'm southern and despise the government.

  • Thank you, I thought I was the only one who still thought that my southern rights have been taken away.

  • the united states is a corporation.

    sad but true

  • I like this video because it brings up a very valid point. Government, as laid out under the US Constitution, is all good and fine, as long is it is used wisely. However, our government taxes us excessively and has grossly mismanaged our treasury and affairs. I tried running for office, it's designed to keep out regular people. At what point do we say "enough is enough"? I prefer to to "alter" the government. starting with 25% max tax: Washington, your allowance has been cut! Could it be done?

  • I'm talking to MirceaKitsune and francisgharding and all those other people who misjudge the US Government.

  • The US government is starting to more and more show its evil hypocritical face. Of course they don't want people to read the declaration suggesting that "a governments needs to be changed if it walks over someone's freedom", because the US government of today wants to control and be oppressive. So like in a communist country, it must first censor anything strongly encouraging to freedom so they can control peoples thoughts first and take control. Keep your minds strong and don't let that happen!

  • No offense, Mircea, but what does your country - Romania - have to do with United States politics? You have no right to call ANY other country Communist unless they openly say they are. The USA ids a Democratic-Republic.

  • I am bothered since long ago with the politics in America, because it is growing an oppressive country. I have many reasons why I care about that, one of them being that America is the leading power and whatever happens there affects other countries as well. America is also a country I loved more then any other in the past, and now I hate it because of the legal oppression. I can't help being bothered by what is being done there even if I don't live in it.

  • Hey, just blame the damned Republicans.

  • lol

  • Actually, the United States is a Constitutional Republic.

  • please don't bullshit me

  • No, the United States has become a dictating country.

  • You are so right. Don't listen to morons like Francis G Harding. You who came from oppression better understand what is happening than the sheeple like Francis do. We must stand up together against Tyranny. We must uphold our right to take this government down if they become Tyranical. And guess what! They're becoming Tyranical. Thomas Jefferson said "To compel a man to furnish funds for the propagation of ideas he disbelieves and abhors is sinful and tyrannical." I believe we've arrived.

  • That is so very true. But what can we do? The only thing someone like me can do is just sit here and watch how the governments all over the world do whatever they want, and how countries (as I don't think America is the only one) call theirselves "lands of freedom" but in reality have laws about the smallest things and make anything they want illegal. This needs to be fought *urgently*, but how I wonder.

  • ah but if we come together it starts off with just one person crying out than another joins the shout and then another... and another. the revolutionary war itself started with one voice. one shot. one rebellion. that then became one nation spanning the hemisphere and whose influcence reaches across the globe. to say one person can do nothing is almost hysterical

  • +1 darthemporor. That is true and very nicely said...

  • "The worst decision you can make is to think that you can do so little that you do nothing at all."

Stand up and be heard! It's your right and duty as a patriot of Liberty.

  • take the words of jfk "ask not what your country can do for you but what you can do for your country" even better

read the first few lines of the constitution of the USA

  • I'm pissed about the Jefferson Memorial thing but not the movie clip. They had to cut it off at some point, and no matter what part of the speech he left in the middle of, one could interpret the part coming after that as "censored." Has anyone circulated a petition or something to get the Jefferson Memorial quote corrected?

  • Libertas humanitatis causa...

  • We can start by NOT voting for a democrat or Republican. Vote them all out. Buy guns and ammo too.

  • Already did that, years ago.

  • So what should we do about it?? I've been arguing this point for years. OUR GOVERNMENT SUCKS, and voting NEW people into it obviously doesn't help, or the mess wouldn't still be here.

What we need is to totally change our government system...the whole thing. And create a new one. But where do we start, how do we begin, and more importantly who is WE!

  • Unfortunately, we can't abolish it until the "governed," ie the majority of Americans, are sufficiently dissatisfied to start a revolution. The best thing to do for now is to fight the corrupted parts of the system, rather than the system in its entirety. Keep in mind that, for the most part, our liberties have been expanding over the last century or so (with a few notable exceptions).

  • 1.Build a website. 2.Make a video - stick it on your site. 3.Make a big board with the name of your site. 4.Stand in a place with your board where you will; a) block traffic b) cause loss of money c) attract a crowd 5. Hold your board high + shout If you ensure that your video has the right sort of information, you might inspire ONE person to do what you do. In turn, he may attract even more attention than you and inspire TEN people... TEN people could easily turn to ONE HUNDRED
  • The Declaration of Independence was first published in full outside North America by the Belfast Newsletter on the 23rd of August, 1776.A copy of the document was being transported to London via ship when bad weather forced the vessel to port at Derry. The document was then carried on horseback to Belfast for the continuation of its voyage to England, whereupon a copy was made for the Belfast newspaper

  • maybe congress passed a law saying that? it damn hard to do that though <.<

  • You Wake Up...The You Awaken Someone Else...Any Questions??

  • Wow dude you are the next Fox Mulder.

    LMAO!

  • ScrewCensorship>>> great video and you did well..but , but if you did your home work well enough the d.o.i wasnt signed on the 4th of july it was aug. 2 1776

  • Raw land produces grass, which aint food. I bust my ass trying to get some vegetables to grow in my garden :-) Wheat was produced by man selectively breeding grass not nature.

You don't have to tune your radio in to his frequency and you can't prevent the waves from entering your house anyway. (faraday cage excluded) But if you try to transmit on his established frequency you are interfering with his broadcast just as if you had gone into his garden and taken his vegetables.

  • If I recall my history correctly. The French peoples, followed suit. Not for more or less the same, but for real freedoms, for all.? And therefore a French dude and His Nation built that Lady in New York for USA.?

  • HarcourtMarketing: 'french peoples followed suit'

The French revolution was Liberty, Equality, Fraternity. Pursuit of happiness and property rights were not part of it. That's why the French revolution descended into the bloody beheading of anyone who owned land and then they had an Emperor who threw Europe into war. It is not the same calibre as the American Revolution at all. But yes, the Statue of Liberty is a gift from France. There is a smaller one in Paris.

  • Humans=Chimp+Gorilla+Macaque

  • Democracy=Chimpocracy=Anarchy=FreeSpeech=FreeSex==Debauchery

    Dictatorship=Gorillism=Obidience=Harems=Sanctimony

  • The government is not really censoring the declaration, thay have not prohibited it from being disseminated in full. The media is not guilty of censorship because it is not the government. A broadcasting company has the right to choose what it broadcasts and what it doesn't. You are free to start up your own broadcasting company which reads out the declaration non-stop and in full 24 hrs a day. If the gov't doesn't stop you, then there is no censorship.

  • The FCC is guilty of censorship, fucking bastards. I agree that as a private company you have to right to produce and say whatever you want. Also, making many claims to "defending the constitution" is part of the criteria the government has listed as a possible terrorist plot to ensue revolt. They won't censor it, but I'll be damn if you can actually use it to clean up our governmental mess. We know how much they regard it's worth.

  • GnosticDjinn: "The FCC is guilty of censorship" In the case of the FCC I'd agree. They do set down rules about what words you can and cannot say. And they probably imply that certain types of broadcasts would be frowned upon, and so the broadcaster risks their very existence if they push the envelope. The FCC should be abolished and the airwaves ought to be treated like land - give people property rights over frequency ranges and arbitrate 'trespassing' in courts. No licensing agency is needed

  • Yeah, I... fucking... hate the FCC. If you target an audience that's what you'll find. You don't catch many kids watching C-SPAN, and you won't catch parents letting their children watch and listen to potentially offensive materials if they actually care. Some might circumvent their parents, but those kids might grow up to hate the FCC too!

  • the part where you say, "A broadcasting company has the right to choose what it broadcasts and what it doesn't", well

    thats not exactly true.

the media can release anything it wants, BUT under the regulations of a stated criteria or rating-(R, M, G), in wich the government has inforced.

  • hjaeko: rights of broadcasters.

Yes, you're right there. And the declaration of independence ought to fall withing the G rating. But I'm talking more along the lines of natural rights, not the particular legal rights currently implemented. A broadcaster ought to have the right to broadcast anything apart from national security and be subject only to civil lawsuits and libel from any party who suffers damage from them. The idea that government should judge what can be broadcasted is censorship

  • You are not free to start up your own broadcasting company, if you do FCC and federal agents will kick your door down, tear down your transmitter and take everything you own.

Your assumptions of freeddom are based on the idea we don't have monopolies or cartels controlling media.

And you know, we do have laws against misrepresentation, false advertisement and traditionally broadcasters are required to use the airwaves we loan them in the public's interest.

  • JimboTHC "not free to start up"

-- sorry accidentally hit the mark as spam link on your posting.

You're partially right here because of licensing of the airwaves but you are free to raise the money and apply for a broadcasting license. Free doesn't mean gratis it means equal under the law in this context. If you could raise the capital you could broadcast the Declaration.

  • JimboTHC "not free to start up"

    2. It is interesting that you say the airwaves are 'loaned' to broadcasters. They ought to be private property with government's only role in enforcing property rights to prevent jamming etc. The airwaves didn't exist as a resource until the radio transmitter and receiver were INVENTED. Any given frequency rightfully belongs to the first person to operate a transmitter at that frequency. Just as land rights in America went to those who worked the land first.

  • Just because you think the Airwaves "ought" to be private property doesn't mean they are.

Your theories of how transmitters work is delusional.

And your denial of monopoly by cable carriers and government regulation prohibiting a broadcasting license's or competition with a utility is intellectually dishonest.

  • JimboTHC:

    1. obviously.

    2. exactly how is it delusional? EM spectrum cannot be used for communication without a transmitter and a receiver. And they didn't exist until man made one.

    3. Don't be so harsh here maybe I just don't know all the intricacies of the US broadcasting laws. But cable is different from airwaves, isn't it? Has the FCC closed all applications for new radio and tv licenses? If one had enough capital, couldn't they start a new broadcasting company? Can you use UHF?

  • The spectrum has always existed, Nature produces all these signals in space. This is why we get transmissions from deep space all the time.

Your argument is the equivalent of the guy who invented the sail owns the wind.

UHF/VHF are going away with digital transition.

3)Your third question is based on you feigning ignorance,

    Thats not debating thats heckling.

  • Yes the spectrum existed but nature doesn't produce television shows and musical broadcasts. And we haven't had any great messages coming from deep space have we. Just as raw land doesn't produce wheat it takes human activity to make land and the airwaves productive. A man working on a plot of land owns the produce. A man transmitting on a frequency with a given range ought to own that frequency and territory.

  • The point of the video is that the US government has censored parts of the declaraion of independence. But it's only censored if you cannot communicate it in any form. And you can obviously communicate it without being arrested and thrown in prison. I grant that there is massive government interference in various forms of communication but it's not like China where you have blacked out regions broadcast on tv and books you cannot buy. And executions for speaking against the government.

  • The airwave is not the media which they produced. And raw land does produce food.

It's not his territory as the spectrum is in your living room and everywhere.

Like I said, your argument is the inventor of the sail owns the wind.

  • i just thought its was another asshole supportor of keep the poor stupid and dumb

  • I didnt know you where a kid. i didnt mean to be so brutal.

  • i can hear your defence now, "look at your grammer and spelling your stupid.", but really its a mirror to show you what you are. Shall I say it, (A DICK HOLE) and in case you didnt know thats called a urethra.

  • ok smart guy where are poor childern who have no one to look after them going to learn about the Declaration of Independence. there not unless kind hearted people tell them that its not thier falt that they dont know anything, and then teach them, instead of thinking its funny that there stupid.

  • Excellent! I'm subscribing right now!

    Power to the People!

  • HOLY CRAP A CONSPERICY!!!! listen this isnt a big deal if people want to find it out then they can actually i dont know, read it????

  • its people like you that are helping the problem

  • DAMN STRAIGHT! I cannot read the Decloration without it brining me to tears

  • revolution

we have the right to abolish or alter the government

    then why not do it

we all now our government is corrupted

we have the right to change it so why dont we

  • Today Dennis Kucinich will be on the Randi Rhodes Show at 4:28 pm EST novamradiodotcombackslashlive

  • Alls I can say is - walk the talk

  • everyone read gods of eden

  • How does one dumb bricklayer make a difference with this...?

  • All governments are susceptible to corruption.

In the USA, our founders knew this when they wrote our Declaration. They also knew humans were apathetic and lazy by nature (Declaration of Independence paragraph #2)

They wanted to make sure that the People knew that they permanently retain the RIGHT & DUTY to alter, abolish, and throw off their governments as they needed to, in order to protect and preserve the rights of the People.

READ & UNDERSTAND THE DECLARATION of INDEPENDENCE

  • 3 letters for anyone who thinks they are living in a democracy that upholds the Constitution and civil rights:

    CPS

The most abominable, corrupt, destructive, unfathomably evil entity on the face of this planet.

    Funded by YOU, the taxpayer.

  • Why.. when this is Fact.. is it not rated 5 stars.. People are stupid.

  • YES.

  • I want to abolish the 14th Amendment.

  • Which part of the 14th amendment, as there are several topics covered.

And why do you wish to abolish it?

  • The 14th Amendment was ratified in 1868. It was meant to give citizenship to the children of newly freed slaves. At the present time there are NO children of newly freed slaves and there hasn't been for over 100 years. The 14th Amendment has become the Anchor Baby/rat amendment and is no longer needed. The intire amendment needs to be abolished.

  • I like to politicians benefit of the doubt and consider it a lack of foresight on their part.

I do not think abolishing Amend 14, Sect 1 would accomplish what I think we possibly agree on; which is better control of people coming into the USA for citizenship.

I suggest that instead of abolishing Amend 14, Sec 1: we get it amended to specify that [all persons born in the USA to legal USA citizens, or through naturalization into the USA are US citizens.]

    Other loopholes also need work.

  • I think doing away with the entire 14th Amend. would be a step in the right direction. A new Amendment stating children of legal citizen are to be citizens. No more anchor babies.

  • I favor rewriting our Constitution to closes its loopholes.

Our founders never intended people or their children to profit from their crimes for any reason.

I hope to get people who can devote at least 1week for the purpose of writing a new constitution for the USA. The idea: keep what worked; modify what worked less desirably; eliminate what made our situations worse; and incorporate lessons learned from other nations that can make us even better and stronger as a nation.

    Interested?

  • There aren't many things I would change except for the anchor rat 14th Amend.

I'd make the 2nd Amend. much stronger.

  • So it's OK with you politicians declare war on our rights/us without the penalty of treason?

You're content that the Constitution allows our politicians to abolish our representation in government by utilizing the loophole in Article 4 Section 4 that merely states we shall have a "Republican form of government" which can be and now is non-representative.

Many other aspects of the Constitution as it is now allows politicians to violate the Declaration's intent for out nation and People.

  • @Kingery4President: There is no loophole. We don't live in a democracy. We lived in a Republic. You better check with a Constitutional lawyer befor making such unfounded statements.

  • Crickettedog: Plenty of loopholes exist.

Art 4, Sec 4 guarantees Rep. form.-- Art 1 Sec 2 At the least suggests a REPRESENTATIVE Republic in that "House of Representatives"

Declaration defines Representative as one who --acts in the name of and but the authority of the People.

Loophole is: A4 S4 only guarantees Republican form. There are 2 types of a republics: Representative and non-representative. We now have a fully non-representative, which is violating each of the DOI grievances.

  • If the "US goverment and media" censured the US constitution, how then did you come about a copy of the constitution in it's original form?

If any american reading this can go into a public library and borrow a copy of the US constitution which also features that bit of text which you claim is "censured" then your claim is meaningless.

So, any american care to try and borrow a copy of your constitution from a public library?

  • In order for censorship to work, it cannot be done all at once. It works best when done a little at a time so that few people ever notice. So that when the few voice their objections, the rest think there is no problems.

If you have children or know children in middle or high schools, ask them how much time they spent learning about the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution for the Unites States of America.

  • But uhmm... there is no evidence that censorship IS being done a little a time? At least not in the amateurish video we just saw.

I'm not american, and I don't have children. And they would learn about our own constitution in social sciences.

Oh, and try following my tip. I honestly don't understand the down-rating of my comment. I was appealing to common sense, but if the guy downrating me prefers x-files style conspiracy theories, and hysteria, I'm ok with that too. ^^

  • I'm not sure who does the ratings. To a point, I do agree with you. In some schools where the citizens actually determine what is taught, the Declaration and Constitution are covered in detail.

I've talked to a few random students and they do not even recall learning about either.

As for conspiracies? The only one concerning theses documents is the Apathy conspiracy; where too many US citizens no longer recall their duty to alter or to abolish their governments when it becomes necessary.

  • Why do people write these chain mails anyway?

  • the government can do wat ever the hell they want no matter wat the people say. if you want evidence that american government is corrupt you should watch zeitgeist on google or type in esoteric agenda on youtube and you will understand why it is like this. also the 2nd amendment ''right to bare arms'' is not for robberys and crime its against the government specifically

  • your just a pussy, i do whatever the fuck i want, afraid?

  • Does the right to alter or abolish the government have any legal standing though, I wonder?

  • In a word..... YES ! !

The Constitution in Amendment 9 protects all other rights not named in the Constitution...

Among those rights are the listed in the Declaration, which include the Right to alter, to abolish, and to throw off corrupted governments. Our Founders Charged every generation with the DUTY to do so when it becomes necessary.

The Declaration is our nation's legal foundation and Duty of Citizenship.

Basically, it is ILLEGAL for us NOT to do so when needed.

  • Ok, even if it's legal, it would be very difficult to actually enact it. It's my perception that Americans generally don't go in this kind of thing and workers' strikes, etc are very rare, in contrast to Europe, especially the likes of France.

Also, who exactly would decide a government is corrupt and who gets to define it and where is the line drawn?

  • You are correct in that US Americans are divided into far too many groups that pay little attention to the political problems of the other groups. "After all... It's not happening to me???"

Our Constitution draws the line on corruption.

The People collectively have to agree on when and who in politics crosses the line and whether the People collectively will act to correct the abuses.

Unfortunately, the people think they are divided; simply because US Citizens rarely talk to each other.

  • Awesome I wish the American people understood that!"If the American people wanted to march on Washington and abolish the current structure of it it would not be against the law meaning the act will hold up in the court of law but they cant charge 300 milion angry Americans with a crime when our forefathers granted us this duty".You know the powers that be wont give us back our government by vote... our forefather faught i mean faught!!! sadly so will we.

  • The government won't just give our government back as long as the People do not insist on accurate and total vote counts. It is one of the political bonuses if the government can keep the People from talking to each other about who they vote for, they can make the tally say anything.

Politicians generally are not foolish enough to risk all the fortunes the acquired in a war they likely will lose.

The key factor is the military; will they turn on the People they swore to protect?

  • I really dont think our military will strike its own people.. I think more of the Police sectors will have the task of stomping any revolt but like I said there are over 300million Americans they cant kill us all they cant put us all in jail,.Our forefather had way! less than that and they defeated the red coats.

  • I would hope that those serving in the military learn from others who "blindly" obey orders that when court-martialed their ranking officers deny having given the orders.

People have to understand that just because someone out-ranks you does not make them correct.

We each have to do what we ultimately consider right or moral; as we are the only persons held accountable for our own actions.

Unfortunately there still are far too many of the 300 mil. US Citizens who do not care yet.

  • Accurate and total vote count will not happen in this Country because this is a Bourgeoisie Democracy (Elitist Democracy) in which the Elite and not the people are in Power. The truth is none of the people have real voting power because our Leaders are Pre-chosen for us.

  • Accurate & total vote count happens when the People insist on the votes being counted publicly for all to see.

The People always are in power. Unfortunately, not enough know this. Through neglect & default they allow others to make all rules for society.

From time to time the People wake from their stupor and re-take control of their governments. Sometimes through simple voting; Other times through bloody revolutions. Now we teeter on the brink of being able to do so by vote.

  • "legal standing" doesn't matter - if the mob is passionate and enflamed enough, the government will change (either gradually through elections, or suddently through a revolutionary change).

  • It is interesting how the People refer to themselves as a "MOB."

In talking to many people in over half of the states so far, the People agree on the type of action needed to improve our government.

Politicians usually refer to the People as a "mob" so as to instill fear from the People about the People, so the politicians can secure their do-little-to-nothing jobs.

In real democracies, the People generally tend to calm the so-called mob-mentality.

Just legal systems calm most others.

  • the public was in favour of the Iraq war...

  • i dont understand? where in this video do you show that they are actually trying to alter and censor the declaration of independence?

the ingraving might have been shortend for space? is the entire declaration supposed to be ingraved in there?

do you have any ACTUAL evidence that forces in government are currently attempting to rid this statement from the declaration?

  • Nice Video 5+***** Should be 50 stars. :)

So true what you posted. Thanks,

    Michael

  • thanx for sharing this

  • I love all the political propoganda here lol

The extreme ignorance of people is making me laugh.

  • I'm gonna get flamed for this.... but

    The U.S. isn't a democracy, it's a republic....

  • "and for the Republic for which It Stands"... Yes indeed, without doubt The United States of America, NOT America, is a Republic. It consists of 50 different State Governments coming together under One United Government that by law of all, 2/3 MUST agree to adopt. Any other federal "law", no State should nor be allowed to recognize as law and is null and void. We are France, Germany, Belgium, Spain, ect. We USA citizens have different laws, traditions, peoples from State to State.

  • AMERICeN PEOPLE! THE AnERICAN NEWS MEDIA DOES NOT WANT YOU TO KNOW!!!

BARACK OBAMA WAS CLOSE FRIENDS AND PARTNERS WITH DOMESTIC TERRORIST BILL AYERS FOR 20 YEARS!

Bill Ayers was the leader of the well known terrorist group called 'Weatherman.' They were responsible for 30 bombings aimed at destroying the defense and security infrastructures of the U.S. 'I don't regret setting bombs, said Ayers in 2001, 'I feel we didn't do enough.'

AMERICA CANNOT TRUST BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA'S JUDGMENT!

  • The person the Democrats chose as Vice Presidential nominee in an electiin they claim was stolen (2000) has endorsed John McCain.

The person the Democrats chose as Presidential nominee in an election they were sure to won (2004) chose John McCein to be his running mata.

Alan Greenspan has endorsed John McCain, Gen. Norman Schwarzcopf has endorsed him. Hillary Clinton said she and John McCain were the only two people qualified to be President, Bill Clinton agreed...

  • I'm voting democrat because I really have a hard time thinking about a topic beyond one sentence. Thats why the quick slogans and 4 word explanations for everything that Obame gives me works so well for me. Who needs all that 'lookong into things' and 'researh' stuff anyway. I just listen to what the other PC people around me are saying and then repeat the same thing! I really don't want to think any harder than that really. What's for lunch?

  • Obamas ifficial website LIES say he was never muslim

Sister Maya quoted by the NY Times as saying 'My whole family wes Muslim'

Obama born to a line Muslim males makes him born Muslim. All chldren born with Arabic name based on H-S-N trilatral root are assumed Muslim, so they will understand Obama name Barack Hussein Obama to proclaim him born Muslim. Father was a Muslim, grandfather e Muslim, stepfather a Muslim. Sarah, Obamas grandmother is a Muslim, stepbrothers and sisters are Muslims.

  • Even if he was Muslim, who cares? It's just his choice of belief and if I remember right we have the right to choose our religion. People need to stop holding all muslims responsible for the terrorists.

    Not all muslims are terrorists.
