@Lonewolf253, the rave diet promotes high-carb, low-fat dieting, which can lead to malnutrition of fat soluble nutrients, obesity, low energy, reactive hypoglycemia and type 2 diabetes. You can check out my follow up video on long term vegan diet dangers and my video on dietary fats (the first video I made), for more extensive info.
@cafenoire73, if you are suffering from an overload of the toxic waste product called uric acid (causing gout), then you need to detoxify, by avoiding meats that contain purines. However, consuming purines, alone, do not cause gout, as proven by the "Eskimoes" on their native diets. Consuming too much fructose (a fruit sugar) prevents the body from removing uric acid. This doesn't mean that fruit is not healthy.
@cafenoire73, Zimbabweans have the lowest life expectancy in the world, not the Masai, and the reason for this is not based on having a high-fat/high-protein/low-carb diet. The scientific report that I referenced on the Japanese, who have the highest life expectancy in the world, proves that having a diet high in healthy animal fats and protein, and low in carbs, extends your life span.
@BourbonBabe, you boast about the "China Study" being factual. Here are some erroneous points from the China Study that were passed on as facts:
Pg. 213, "There are virtually no nutrients in animal-based foods that are not better provided by plants." Actually nutrients such as zinc, iron, calcium, vitamin A and B vitamins are much more efficiently absorbed, by humans, from animal-based foods. And plant-based vitamin B12 is not bioavailable to humans at all.
@BourbonBabe, another China Study error passed as fact:
Appendix starting on pg. 361, "Vitamin D deficiency is caused by eating dairy products and too much animal protein." This is not supported scientifically anywhere that I know of, and T. Colin Campbell doesn't reference any scientific/medical report, to support his claim.
Pg. 98, "Simple carbohydrates are found in foods like white bread crackers and chips made with white flour." Actually, simple carbs are sugars.
@cafenoire73, I only referenced the USDA once, which was a report on various industrialized products that contain nitrosamines, therefore, your unverified accusation of bias has no relevance. Also, the source (i.e. PubMed library) that I referenced here to debunk vegan falsehoods, is the same source that I've used exposing the link between digestive-cancers, and the consumption of processed meats containing nitrites (which is a HUGE industry).
nice check on that ass sun of truth but what do u think of the rave diet... i dont really follow the whole rave diet but most of it is on point. i like the info u get on whats bad for u body. i have a great suggestion. y dont u make a vid on the RAVE. hit me up with a response... RESPECT
BECOME AWARE OF YOUR OWN BODY. Check out the blood type diet. Eat organic. Eat locally/seasonally. Know where your food is coming from. Educate yourself. Don't read mindless articles thinking they have the answers. Awareness is key! This video means nothing.
wtf is this a blog? take the shit back to myspace, who is this video for? nobody would take your shit seriously, especially with the shitty music in the background.
i like ur vid dog. i have one question tho in response to this vid. What do you think about the R.A.V.E. diet and the claims and research they have? I ask that becuz in my self i feel better when i dont eat meat then when i do. now i dont eat soy bean or any product that comes from soy, i only mess with certain vegitables, certain fruits, wild rice, quinoa, real maple syrup and agave syrup as sugars, and i drink mostly water that has not had flouride added.Ive only done this for a short while
@TheySaidSheSays, come with facts/science, if you want to be taken seriously. Here are the facts: bioavailable/true B12 comes from the bowels of humans, animals/fish and insects. Bioavailable B12 is taken from bowels or feces, then added to the yeast you're referring to. If seaweed contains bioavailable B12, it comes from feces floating in the sea. Just make sure that your seaweed is raw and isn't sanitized, if you want to get that fecal, bioavailable B12 from it.
@TheySaidSheSays, I look forward to you presenting science/facts refuting me on beans. And yes beans are generally healthy, but soybeans are not. Fermented soybeans are the safest soybeans to consume. All beans contain anti-nutrients, and most beans contain indigestible sugars, which causes the embarrassing, discomforting gas. While consuming beans in general may not be unhealthy, replacing meats and eggs with beans, is most certainly unhealthy, in the long run.
Funny how true vegans eat natural fruits and veggies. Not to mention they live longer more healthier medication free lives.

Long live veganism!!!

Stop talking about soy and tofu.
Vegans eat far more than that and some don't even eat that.
Most vegans care about their health and easily avoid MSG

@SunofTruth err come with facts/science your quotes are
from bias sources(usda) controlled by meat/dairy industry.
incomplete information (the masaai people have the worst life expectancy on the planet) despite their active lifestyle.
unadjusted statistical data, to account for the minority of vegans vs meat eaters(effects on the stats)
incorrect data re: okinawa
detox if meat and dairy is healthy why the detox?
am happy to discuss a scientific study but your video isn't.
