@laurap19 I know of 3 UK artists that talk with British accents but they sing normally. I didn't understand it, a male friend told me it's because singing and talking are controlled by different parts of the brain, they don't work together. So it makes sense.
If anyone sings with an accent, it's either because their brain is a bit messed up or they're trying to get some attention. I hope that helps.
