I met Lew Rockwell briefly, over a year ago; he's very polite and thoughful; it was a pleasure to chat with him for several moments.

Lew is known for championing others; obviously: Rothbard & Mises. I've decided that Rockwell himself is my favorite economist, as he is in our moment; debates about dead economists lack vitality. What I get from Rockwell is that Austrian economics are not an inflexible agenda, but a focal point for open discussions. That is what we need.
