I just saw this clip by chance. From what I've read, this is an Aussie cop drama called "Rush" Here is my question,

Is that boss lady gay? 'Cause she is totally rocking the whole tough butch cop look. I know ppl watch this for Stella as the main course but when she shows up on this clip, I was like "damn". Y'know what I'm saying?! =P

Also, there is no more gay storyline on the show, right? These parts are it?

Kerry is played by a down-under dykon whose role in a 90s show called "Water Rats" made her an instant favourite of the lesbian community here. She's butch, tough and always perfectly cast as a cop because she carries herself in that no-nonsense way. The character, while not written as gay, could certainly come across as closeted but mostly this is down to the actor's natural dykey charisma. There has been snippets of lesbian/bisexual storylines prior to this clip. Check my other uploads.

This show is my guilty pleasure and well worth a look. While it has its faults, by Aussie standards, it's pretty top notch! Besides I just love having Catherine "Goldie" McClements back on my screen!
