Its not hard reset, its soft reset. Hard reset

3+ *+callbutton+power button (when smartphone is poweroff).

To perform Hard reset is to switch off the phone,then hold 3,* and call button and switching the phone at the same time ;))

*#7780# или *#7370# делает формат на жёстком диске. Хард ресет делается включением смарта, предварительно зажав 3,* и кнопку набора! :P
