As much as I LOVED Yukiko when I played the game through the first time with the japanese voice acting, she seems totally different with the english dub... I just don't find her as lovable. =/

Now, I personally think that Yukiko is one of my favorite characters in terms of both outside the, and her stats. The only problem is I HATE her voice clips for the all out attack >.> so annoying!

I swear, Yukiko is the most useful character in this game XD Her crazy magic stats, high sp, her crazy fire attacks along with a bunch of healing magic... get her to null ice or dodge ice and she's unstoppable XD She the only character who I did not switch out, ever, for the entire game :D

But Kanji is still my favorite character <3 Yukiko's after that lol.

Unlike Yukari, Yukiko is of Priestess Arcana and has the strongest magic attack and heal (Her SP significantly exceeds her HP). Her affinity is Fire... She's lovely. ^^

yeah, i know all that now. i didn't have the game yet back then. now, i've got the official guide and i've beaten it once already, with the true ending, not to gloat, i had the guide for help. teddie is star by the way. and naoto is fortune. and, spoiler alert i guess, Naoto isn't a guy. She's a tom boy and when she speaks in her natural, high pitched, girl voice she sounds really cute. although you can't a serious, non 'just friends', relationship with her until the your 2nd run through.

Just a little trivia: Amanda Winn Lee also does Etna from the first Disgaea game, Hour of Darkness I believe. So I just imagine her as that. Still I like this voice as well :)

Not to burst anybody's bubble, but i read on wikipedia that he's actually, somewhat gay. it's not full blown stated, but it says that he's mocked when he shows his softer side,and when you go to his own personal dungeon, as you will lots of other chracters apparently, and fight his shadow, it looks like a japanese bath house and his shadow is a almost naked version of himself, holding two mars symbols, standing in a field of flowers. think of narcissus from p3.

he's not actually gay he's just thinking that he prefers guys over girls and that's freaking him out but then when he faces his shadow he realizes that he's just afraid of people in general and not just girls. although this in turn leads to yosuke continually teasing him because of this "incident" but he really isn't gay. and you don't have to worry about bursting everyones bubble cuz about 80% of us watched the jap vids of persona and even more have played that far by this point.

i see. wikipedia didn't have that, but it does make sense. Atlus pushes the envelope with these games, but i don't htink they're willing to go that far yet. besides all that, i've only got Wikipedia, these videos and inference to run on. I asked my mom, who lives in florida, to get the game for me for christmas. And she did. but, there's the problem of the fact that she lives in florida. it takes a full seven days to get a package from there to here in ohio. Can't say what's up till i get it.

it's such a good game. probably one of the best rpg's i've ever played. it's definitely not a cookie cutter game. in terms of "form" i think the game is executed perfectly. the game doesn't skip a beat in my opinion.
