The Resurrection scene of Voldemort in this movie, for me, was one of the BEST SCENES in the whole franchise! The Black smoke which cloaked him, as we saw him form into a snake-like creature...I think you could have heard a pin drop in the theatre. And then his voice by the multi-talented, Ralph Fiennes...Perfect.

I just thought they could've done a better job of including some of the major plot lines. This is my favorite of the 7 books so I'm a bit more picky about this one than the other films.

i think perhaps they did the montage of the past movies because this book was where everything turned bad. Like Azkaban was dark, but this one was darker in themes because the characters are children anymore. They have hormones that are raging and they're fighting amongst themselves along with trying to defeat something pure evil. it was almost like the past 3 had an innocence that was destroyed with this one.

even though the trailer for deathly hallows (part 1 and 2) is probably the most epic trailer i've ever seen IN MY LIFE, i think this one really highlights one of the major themes of the series, which is a coming of age story. it's actually kind of sad considering the fact that the actors are all grown up now and the last one will practically be the end of my childhood. I grew up with harry potter, i cried when i finished book 7. i tried not to read it so it would never end. but i couldn't.

I know your pain buddy. It was tough but I am currently reading HP7 for the first time. I intentionally held off on reading so the ending of the book coincided with the end of the movie for me.

It was a long and hard while, so many times I wanted to pick it up and read it. The end of Potter will feel like the end of LOTR, I never wanted that journey to end either.
