But an easier way to get album artwork; find the song on iTunes library and right click, select 'get info' and then copy all the information there to that song on your iTunes music. Then while it's playing right click and select 'get album artwork' works every time for me.

You Know, After you put the song in your itunes library, YOu type in the album name in the album slot. Then right click on the song and click get album art work and it will get you the album artwork
