PRO Tip: Drop all your fire magicite in the room prior to the battle. He can only cast fire if there's fire magicite present in his room. He periodically drops fire magicite. Run up to it and pick it up, thereby preventing him from casting fire while you get free fits.

i will tell you how to do the fire line

1: drop a fire magicite or any magicite

2:use the yuke tribe abilty

3:hover your stylus on top of the magicite

4:press it and dont lift the stylus

5: like a drawing pad, draw it on foes

very useful for incoming foes

OMG you guys you just need to get the fire orb and attack him by jumping and 3 times and then when hey throws the orb get it and it will repeat so you won't be damage through this boss thats all it does repeats need help let me know

yeah well the crystal always send that spinning crystal of fire that is like IMPOSSIBLE to escape and it is a crystal. fighting a crystal is hard cause they r the most powerful things!

this one is quite easy but one mistake and your out when you get hit by the fire, all you gotta do though is pick up the magisite it throws out so it cant spread the fire! BTW does anybody know what the bridge is for on the land there is one to the right which you can bring up with the yukes ability but when I go over the bridge it doesn't go anywhere :(

this boss crazy at multiplayer very hard fighting all boss mode, they have 3 other machine things like the one in rela cyle, they have lots of hp and use barrior,

on this boss it drops a fire magicite and the flame line comes at u and deals alot of damage but if u pick up the fire magicite the fire line wont appear. thats for all newbies. ive beaten the game 4 times i do it everytime i beat it

Dude, I was a way lower level than you and I used the hatchet when I played this and all I did was attack all the time by jumping and then heal and avoid his big fire attack. Easy. Nice thought. I liked the game up till this point and then i got all the allies. AI is soooo god damn bad. It is terrible.

As mentioned before in previous comments I was a dumbass when I was fighting him...

And as for party memember AIs, there is a thing called an "eye" attribute in customized armor, which changes there AIs. (Such as White Mage Eye which makes the character use Cure, and Black Mage Eye which makes them use magic, etc.)

Well they still do not follow you areound. I was in the sinners idland and the dumbasses never followed me, got stuck in a pit, got killed by enemies that I avoided, fell in lava and stayed there, froze ot death when i was jumping on the ice and so on. IDIOTS!!

Yeah, and then they fall back int the pit. I have to press the L button after every few steps. I eventually just quite caring about them, killed them off and solod the maps, then revived a charector I needed for a puzzel, and klled them off again. Yeah!

I would suggest getting the game. It took me 15 hours to finish storymode and the game play was actually pretty easy, but none the less, the game was fun and enjoying to play.

Heh. No. Its not kingdom hearts. Its a hack and slash. It is slighlty like kingdom hearts because the magic is the same (Cause its from Final Fantasy) and the sword attacks are similar. So yeah, no and yes. Mostly no. A little yes.

Yeah, this was my first time fighting him, and I really didn't check any stratagies on fighting him. I now know that if you pick up the fire magicites when they fall, he can't use his magic... the fight would have been alot easier if I knew that from the start :D

You can fight him multiplayer too. When your in Mt.Vaal, after the first map, go to the path on the upper left side, and just continue to the boss.

Well, you have special clan ablilites (ex. Lilties' special is the alchemy pot that makes magicites) and you get Level Abilities as you get to higher levels (such as Charge Attack, Charge Guard, Counter, Charge Break, etc.)
