you use the same delivery every time when you have a "do you prefer this or this" question and you say "neither, i prefer cosby so-and-so"...that is the same delivery. also, the stand up comedian question, that was your best impression imo.
It's surprising to me that you've been able to type theses comments since you're clearly illiterate. The title of the series includes POOR Bill Cosby Impersonator. The impression, along with anything else, is bad on purpose. It's called alternative humor. It's not something everyone gets so you shouldn't feel bad. Also, the repeated endorsement of fictional products was just that: comedy through repetition. Hence the repeated delivery. Again. The point.
@ChrisPalmieri I never said it was a bad impersonation! I was just trying to give you a small bit of advice but you obviously got offended by that even though I was only trying to help...you seem like you get offended really easily. That all being said, IF the point was to do the very thing which you said not to do, then you did not make it very obvious at all. An addition, obviously if I can read what you say and type a response, then I am literate (but that's obvious)
@ChrisPalmieri Anyways the point is, I wasn't trying to insult you, I was trying to give you positive feedback. You shouldn't care what other people think about you, but more importantly, you shouldn't over react to negative feedback, because who cares what they think? Plus, it will make you over react to POSITIVE feedback too, because you'll misinterpret it as negative, as you just did to my comments!
@ChrisPalmieri Dude anybody can critique comedy, especially if it isn't funny. But seriously, don't react so harshly to constructive criticism. When I, or anybody else, says something or points out how something you said or did wasn't funny, but they say so in a non-antagonistic way, they're just trying to help you improve your act dude. They're not like, attacking you as a person or something. Don't perceive them as such and don't react so rashly to people just trying to do you a favor.
I do this for a living buddy. I'm perfectly capable of accepting constructive criticism. However, constructive criticism needs to come from somebody who understands what it is they are criticizing, which you clearly don't, as I've explained. I have a repertoire of over 50 impersonations that are actually really good. This is not, and was never meant to be, one of them. This is purposely done the way it was to appeal to a certain kind of comedy. If you don't like it, that's fine.
@ChrisPalmieri Clearly you aren't capable since every single time someone has posted even the slightest criticism you go all apeshit on them. Besides, I'm pretty sure you're lying. You don't strike me as a professional, this doesn't strike me as fake (because even as a sort of "making fun of impersonations" kind of bit, it's STILL not the least bit funny). Also, you HAVEN'T explained that, and I'm sure your "professional repertoire of over 50 impersonations" is amazing...
@ChrisPalmieri ...I was trying to be respectful but since you like to lash out so much there is no longer any reason for me to do so. There is no kind of comedy that this appeals to (it's not alternative comedy...there is plenty of that type of comedy on Comedy Central stand-up at 3AM if you want to see "alternative" comedy)
@ChrisPalmieri Also, you could've just as easily POLITELY explained "hey, this is actually supposed to be a fake impersonation so as to make fun of impersonators (or whatever you're trying to do), but you can check out my other videos if you'd like to see some of my other material hope you enjoy it etc etc" but instead you had to be rude about it. That is why people don't seem to like you; YOU'RE EXTREMELY RUDE.
News Flash: Lots of people like me. Speaking strictly of youtube data I have over three thousand subscribers (not that that's a lot but it's a hell of a lot more than you have) and the comments I get from them over and over again is them saying I should be more popular than I already am. This kind of positive feedback has been seen on this and most of my other content again and again.
Secondly, I have never been, or at the very least did not start off rude. You stated a mislead critique of my work, and I simply responded with the comment "That's the point.". Which albeit is by no means a super nice way to say it, it wasn't rude. It was short, it was simple, and it's actually a shorter simpler way to say what you just suggested I say. I was not rude. YOU were the one who was rude by challenging what I said in a sarcastic way.
So, I put you in your place. Why? Because you were being a bit of a douche and I felt you should know that. I never said anything that wasn't true or was mean spirited. If well written arguments confuse, frighten or offend you then this argument is more pointless than your average online "debate". You have consistently shown me that not only don't you know what you're talking about in regards to critiquing someones work
But you also seem to be severely lacking in spelling, grammar and general linguistic structure. This could go back and forth forever and frankly I don't care to let it. The facts are the facts: You initiated any rudeness you may have perceived. This is on you man.
@ChrisPalmieri Thank you...for proving my point. Most of what you have said has been false. This is not a personal matter, I was just commenting on your rash reactions to any sort of criticism whatsoever. You should take it constructively, unless it's an attack on you, which it wasn't. Thus, you were being rude. My statements were not lacking in grammar or spelling, not that it would be a basis for judging my intellect even if they were. I like how you spanned five comments
@ChrisPalmieri ...not a single one of the comments you've made to me have been polite, but have been quite "douchey" themselves. This is childish, learn to accept criticism. I have yet to see any of these "positive comments" and my channel is a personal one, if you hadn't noticed I only have like four videos and my aim is not to get more people to subscribe to me...I don't really care how many subscribers I have, that's a superficial thing to care about, unless it were a
@ChrisPalmieri ...commercial account. I'm sorry, the rudeness was entirely initiated by you, in that you couldn't seem to accept criticism without making some angry retort...which, I also noticed, you did to ANY criticism made by other commenters, no matter how polite it was (that includes my own, polite criticism). The video comes off as a serious impersonation- then, when someone points out it isn't the best, you act like it was a parody of an impersonation in the first place
@The3rdPlateau ...as if that were somehow actually funny (being a parody of an impersonation...not very funny). Seriously, I am not saying this to offend you, I'm just pointing out that it's rather juvenile humor. Also for the record, the only reason MY comment spanned so many separate comments was because I was responding to your multiple-comment reply. There is no reason for this to go on; you were rude, you initiated the rudeness, that's how it went down, I was there, and
@The3rdPlateau ...and you're not going to convince me otherwise, because to do so would be to misrepresent what was said. We both know it. Please don't take it personally...have a nice day.
@ChrisPalmieri then again, I wouldn't really care if said positive comments existed or not anyway, because I don't really give a shit what anyone else's opinions are; I know, in my heart, that it wasn't funny, and that's all that matters to me. Although I do see that many commenters seem to agree with that assessment, and as usual, you seem to fly off the handle about it every time...good day
I apologize. There were over 40 questions in the box, and even after I got rid of a lot, there were still like 10 or 15 good questions I couldn't fit in. If you really like them, send them through again, or send new ones. I try to use as many as I can but it's just too much at this point :)
