It's almost always interesting to hear Noel sing the songs he wrote, but this is a rather boring performance - save the falsetto on "shadow" - which is an interesting take.

The album version is great and the Knebworth show in '96 is probably the best night this song has ever seen.

@acousticfoo Its actually about song writers. Noel once said when he writes a song its like people can see right through him, hens cast no shadow. Richard Ashcroft also felt the same way which is why Noel dedicated the song to him.
