  • @WestBromSte its not Butch that made him this good. He was in his prime in perfect shape and had nothing on his mind other than golf. Hell i could have coached him right here and he still would have found a way to win everything.

  • tiger needs to watch these videos to get the drive back and become the tiger of old that raped everyone sense less on the course.

  • @poutzka and the women off it

  • 1:25 best swing ever

  • best swing ever

  • that was a beautiful swing man.. it was so pure...

  • Oh when Tiger had a short game...

  • And all because he could not keep his cock in his trousers !!!!!

  • I miss his demeanor. I miss his swing. I miss his enjoyment of the game. I miss his caddie. I miss 2000.

  • Its "The Open" not "British Open" .....

  • @jjlfc94 They are both correct terms.

  • @jjlfc94 It's actually 'The British Open', 'The Open' is just a colloquial term adopted by the media. Learn your facts you cretin.

  • @Earlum It's actually "The Open Championship." It's only called the British Open in the US.

  • @gobat111 I'm sorry but you're incorrect about tiger's knee. His knee is damaged most likely as a result of steroid use (knee injuries have been linked to the use of steroids) and the motion he does with his knee in his swing is called posting up which Hogan managed to do even after his near fatal accident which ruined his legs (a number of players across the world also post up like tiger does) so you were a little off in your statement

  • @FlurpleNurple Not at all.. So according to you he used steroid at the age of 15, when he first had knee problems..

  • @FlurpleNurple his knee problems are a result of him working out and actually training like an athlete. i have the same issues with my knee that flares up when i golf and i have never taken steroids and have worked out religiously my whole life. why is he more muscular now that he ever has been? they are tested for roids, why has his muscle mass not decreased like it should after steroid use?

  • @hoobie06 Think about it if he didnt gain 30 lbs in that time period from like what? 1996-2009 Id be worried.

  • @mikepownzall when i was 19, i was 6'3" and weighed 175 lbs. i've stayed in shape, lifted weights, i run, play basketball and golf. now i'm 35 and i weigh 205. i've never taken roids and my weight gain is natural and it is what happens to men that stay in shape and lift weights over the years. you gain muscle weight. look at Michael Jordan from the beginning of his career to the end. he worked out and gained at least 25 lbs in muscle. this is normal

  • @hoobie06 Lmao you misunderstood. I meant if he DID NOT put on that much weight I would be worried for him never growing. I am a natural teen bodybuilder and when I first started I cut 40 lbs and then gained 35 back in the period of about 1.5-2 years- major growth spurt + weight training.

  • 29 people hate the soundtrack to Air Force One

  • Tiger's golf swing was completely and totally balanced. It looks nothing like that today. He needs to go back to Butch Harmon. If Tiger was smart he would do that. Otherwise, we will only be left with these highlights, lol. Seriously.

  • @SwingItLikeMoe If he goes back to Butch Harmon, and Butch let's him come back, do you know how many pros will quit, like Mickelson lol

  • @mrodwahoo88 You might be right about that. But if they quit that will be their lost. Butch has an obligation to those guys first. Tiger will have to wait in line so-to-speak.

  • @gobat111 new Tiger...Rory Mcilroy.

  • @GTbball10 Don't kid yourself.

  • @jose4891 Haha yessuh massuh. Whatevuh you say massuh

  • tigers half black, half asian. i wonder how big his dick is?

  • @whatstillremains its either a tree or a stump......

  • damn, my knee hurts just watching this

  • great editing. well done.

  • music matched perfectly!!!

  • dang thats a shame he cant play good no more :/

  • tiger could've been the best

  • I think when Tiger went through that public humiliation something switched in his mind which was geared to winning and only being a success in everything he did. Doubt crept in, his image changed and his confidence did also. All his life people praised him like a god, now he is losing everything.

  • GET OFF MY PLANE...I mean golf course.

  • @dickin585 lol

  • swing at 1:26 is so good!

  • Check out the girl covering her mouth in awe of his tee shot at 1:09

  • how can he say he didnt feel like he owned his swing there. There is no perfect swing, and if it wasnt broke, why fix it?

  • @junkprunk what is the name of this song?????

  • @rap401442 Air Force One....The Parachutes I believe :-)

  • It's The Open Championship not the British Open, the same way The Masters is not the US Masters.

  • sooo much skinner... roids ftw.

  • @gobat111 yer they said the same thing about the golden bear.. but look who came along

  • That's when Tiger still had "tiger blood" and was bangin 7 grand broads.

  • best anyone has ever swung a golf club

  • If anyone ever starts to get bored with golf or just doesnt have the passion anymore just watch this video or the one in 2000 at the us open....if this doesnt make you want to go out and hit balls nothing will

  • your right theres never been a player like tiger woods, was one better though, he was called jack nicklaus

  • I said about a year ago that this form of 2000 would go down as Tiger's peak. When the history of his career is recorded 2000 will be the best year: he will not have better form than this. Someone came back at me as if I was insane for suggesting Tiger would not better this form. I now feel they were idiotic for not realizing the year 2000 will go down in history as the best form of Tiger's career. Ok lets watch for the next few years and let's see if he improves on that haha!

  • At that British open was probably the best anyone has ever swung a golf club!!

  • tiger needs to bite the bullet and go back to BUTCH!!

    never been the same since

  • Damn right, His newish swing doesnt do much for him. Needs that agressive sharp planed swing that tiger was known for when butch was his coach (y).

  • really awesome vid

  • It dos'nt cost that much to smile once in while the bloke;s a fucking wanker.

  • I saw an interview with Butch not longer after this tournament. Apparently when he was warming up for one of the rounds he hit every yardage sign at St. Andrews. (50, 100, 150, 200, 250, and 300) Why on Earth did he feel the need to change anything? IMO he was better than Jack at this point, but Jack stuck with what worked throughout his career. I think Jack will be known as the better player because of his longevity.

  • @MJEdwards409 How can you say Jack will even have better longevity? Woods isn't done yet. He hasn't quit. Nothing is stopping him from continuing another 10yrs at top form unless his knee injury stops him.

Also, Tiger isn't satisfied with just being the best. He has stated before that if you aren't working on changing something then you aren't improving, "You can always become better" as he puts it.

  • @MJEdwards409 Actually Jack did make changes to his game especially his short game. I watched a special on the golf channel today comparing the changes that Tiger has made to the changes that Jack had made. Their short game changes are oddly similar but the only thing is is that Tiger had the greatest short game in the history of the game while Jack admitted that his short game was not great

  • Awesome video and music

  • i was there as a ten year old supporting the champ! tiger's probably the greatest sportsman in history. the mental strength of a champ

  • i really miss this guy..new tiger sucks. still great, but by comparison, not even the same brain.

  • @jkr8715 lol, you're right.

  • at 1:09 look at the girl above Tigers head. Thats what we're all doing watching this video to every one of his swings.

  • that swing at 1:18 is the best ive seen him swing. he looked so confident

  • that gave me goose bumps

  • i think this is my favorite version of tiger, swing wise. but my favorite version is when he acted like a true man and said sorry on tv. took stones and he did what so many people wouldnt be able too. genuinly say sorry.

  • i miss this :(

  • @willnicklaus12 yup you are completely right, back in 2000 tiger always had the same follow throught for his full shots whether it was a fade or a draw. now tiger uses a lot more hands and arms which just makes the swing looks like it has a lot more moves in it

  • how is that tiger swinging at his best, he can hit alot more shots now then he can back then, but his swing back then looked i think more natural, insteed of his now robitc looking swing.

  • It is so annoying when people say british open instead of the open, as that is what the tournament is called, obviously you can't call the US open the open as that is just retarded but lots of videos of the open are titled british open. It was bad enough when the americans called it that but now some of the british people are calling it that aswell.

  • @GuitarCrazy12100 yeah im from the states and i use to call it the british open...but now i call it the open... i think is its fine for americans to call it the british open ,but when brits call it "the british open" i think its like blasphemy lol...

  • he will come back in 2011 and mark my words.. when he is at 100 percent.. all those sponsors who left him.. take note of this.. he will say no and only go with people who stuck with him. He will get back number 1 to fuel it back...

  • the shot at 1:18 WOW

  • @cb98100 That was his best shot in 2000, Tiger says.

  • what song is this?

  • it is spelled footage not fotage dumbhead

you`re still awesome at mking all these videos

  • Not a single bunker. Fair play Tigger

  • Tiger needs to watch this and the 2000 pebble beach footages and forget all that hank haney and sean foley bs. He needs to go back to that slightly outside takeaway and high left arm swing he got too flat

  • @nickpryor07 Its amazing how far away his right elbow gets away from him. These days, most people have it glued to their side.

  • Beautiful video !

  • great clips, i just went from 6:00 to 12:00

  • Yawn. Booby Jones said to Ben Hogan that he must play the British Open to complete his career. Hogan went and played. He won. He only played one Open Championship. Imagine how many he would have won had he played during his prime. Woods has a fabulous swing yes, but it's mechanical and not natural. It's prone to 'mechanical' failure. Hogan's swing was a work of art, as he said himself "The only judge on your swing is the flight of the ball"

  • Finest sportsman of all time,,, the greatest

  • Tiger's golf during his 20's was magical

  • where do you get all of your footage from?

  • Awesoome player!! Please check out my swing at my chanel!

  • @PrinceBlueberry Your swings fine, but i still think i would Tee-Off a couple of hours either side of you.

  • tiger should go back to this swing

  • @tjack2themax527 absolutely...but its going to take a lottt to get it back to there

  • Sorry turds but yes better than Hogan,Nicklaus, etc....the amount of pressure/coverage is enough for anyone to not play their best+ the quality of courses and length--yeah he beat their records notwithstanding....the best ever, toss in Bobby Jones in there too, better than him also...Gosh I just felt like Kanye West just now, suck it traditionalists

  • tiger would be looking at 25 majors if his swing was still like this

he really should have stuck with butch harmon, not been the same since

  • Tigers swing at its absolute best!

  • Awesome display by Tiger. To conquer your nearest rival by 15 strokes and shoot 12 under 272 at the U.S. Open was phenomenal. But Jack Nicklaus shot 8 under 272 at the 1980 U.S. Open which included a round of 7 under par 63 which should have been a 62 if it were not for that three footer Jack missed on the last hole in the first round.

  • @Gswarrior632 people has been asking this many many time . He changed that swing to become better. yes of course we all know tiger numbers in 2000 but his swing wasn't all that perfect people think.

  • @sandersuperfollador WUT PLANET R U FROM? HIS SWING WAS PERFECT DOMBSHIT! HE WON 4 FUCKEN MAJORS IN A ROW!!!! SHUT UR FUCKEN MOUTH AND CUT OFF YOUR FINGERS SO YOU CAN'T TYPE ANYMORE! SINCE HE CHANGED HIS SWING, HE HAS GOTTEN WORSE HAHAHAHAHAHA GO SUCK ON HIS DICK

  • @TheMagic68 He changed his swing becaurse his knee couldn't take it anymore, dumbshit...

There never has been a golfer like Tiger and there never will again..

  • @gobat111 Oh yeah! cuz his new swing helped his knee out alot lol....he had the most complicated and grueling knee surgery and rehab of his career under hank haney's swing ya fucken dumbshit!!!! he had two other knee surgeries under harmons swing and was back within the same year. his swing change with hank haney damaged his knee, it didn't help it u fucken cunt!

  • Comment removed

  • @gobat111 I've thought to myself serveral times that mabey Tiger should sit down watch his old swing and try to replicate his old swing, but I didn't know he was forced to change it as you say. Why was his knee injured?

  • @JAKEHARRIS281 From what I know, he changed his swing with Haney because he needed to reduce the stress and pain away from his knee.. But I've Foley said that the swing under Haney wasn't any better.. Tiger has had problems with his knee ever since he was a teenager... But im sure he will be back with his new swing under Foley...

  • @gobat111 Is Foley his new swing coach?

  • @gobat111 changing to haney only made his knee worse with him compressing into the ground and lifting himself up while clearing his hips at a high speed. ur a true dumbass man. foley won't be any better

  • @gobat111 i will

  • @gobat111 just like steven ames. he had a back injury and had sean foley to get a swing change :)

  • @gobat111 you guys are so stupid. O YEA he really saved his fucken knee by changing his swing, thats why he's in a bootleg right now.

  • @gobat111 o his swing changes really made a difference smart one. THAT'S WHY HE'S IN A BOOTLEG RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!

  • @gobat111 What do you mean by "like Tiger"?

  • @gobat111 Back then he changed his swing be cause he took it to inside on the take away which led to his club being 2 degrees open at the top. :)

  • in 2000 tiger probably putted better than anyone ever has and ever will

  • St. Andrews this year with 30-50 mph winds will sure be poetry in motion!

  • that is poetry in motion..

  • Great vid, thx.

  • um his swing is controlled? im sorry bu this swing sucks now this is the best swing that anyone has ever made, but idk i disagree with the flat wrist i would prefer squared or cuped idk why tiger had it flat in this swing i still dont understand

  • @helenathena so his clubface is square at the top. strong grip = cupped wrist neutral grip = flat wrist and weak grip = bowed wrist.

  • Its funne... he played better with Titleist clubs than with nike!

  • What song/melody is this???

  • @GrandmasterN

AIR FORCE ONE , MOVIE THEME

  • Jones...Hogan...Nicklaus...Watson...Tiger...why is it the best in the world of golf come from the US?

  • @RStarga cause of the inbreeding

  • That sure makes sense since we are the melting pot of the world, as in ethnic diversity.

So how does that work into your "inbreeding" theory?

    PS...we ARE the world... ; )

  • he didn't make the cut because he was on steroids only letting him get four hours of sleep and he after every round he would a blow job under the grandstand from senorita margarita

  • I was there when he won in 2000 the weather was a disgrace for the open no wind at all making the course a pushover for Tiger. He didnt get into a bunker all week and when the wind is up in Scotland Tiger misses out. Look at what happened this year wind picked up and Tiger missed the cut...and a true shotmaker of the links Watson nearly won. Tiger isn't even close of being regarded a teh best of all time in my book since he can't play in windy conditions on links courses.....

  • @wunderbar1001... seriously, you're an idiot. tiger won that tournament in nine strokes. he's won the open three times. he also holds the course records at royal liverpool and the old course. what the hell was i thinking, this guy sucks.

  • really are we going to say tiger isnt the greatest because he cant control the weather LOOOL. wow. I dont watch golf much and when i happened to watch it the guy had the tournament won after what 9 holes and this is against all the best in the world. By the way was tiger the only one that played that day without wind? did the winds all of a sudden stop moving when tiger was hitting golf balls and picked up when someone else was hitting them loool. amazing, just amazing

  • music from air force one! thanks for putting that on

  • and tiger will be back but he wont dominate like he did in 2000 because guys witnessed him run away with everything that year have raised their game and not to mention the fact that the courses have made changes so that tiger cant just go over power it even with bad tee shots. he will return winning like always and my win the us open and british this year because he owns pebble beach and st. andrews but he wont run away with it like back in 2000

  • True man, and I've been saying the same thing bout the US open and British Open.

  • correction: does not take performance enhancers

  • idatomhue

performance enhancers? where the hell did you get that? Tiger does take performance enhancers its called working your ass off in the gym and having a high protein diet. and tiger has done both. and cheating on your wife has nothing to do with winning tournaments and majors. there will be no ? marks or asterisks when his career is over sure people may remember this and look down on it but bottom line he is the greatest golfer thats what we should remember him as

  • look at how thin he was xD

  • Best anyone has ever swung a golf club.

  • @dbs0212 yup, but he mighta swung even better at pebble the way he ran off with it

  • @dbs0212 wrong my friend, I would say one f the best, but Ben Hogan swung a golf club THE BEST!

  • @Nightwing690 Ben Hogan was great, not because he is the best swinger of the club ever, he's not. He was just a pioneer for the way the golf swing has developed over the years to become the modern day swing. Some will disagree with this, but McIlroy is a better at swinging a club then Hogan was.

  • @dbs0212 I don't wanna argue but to say McIlroy swings it better than Hogan is crazy.

  • @SmallDannyJW again hogans swing has this big value for golf but McIlroys swing is something that evolved from it. I bet if you would compare clubhead speed, fairways hit, greens hit, shot patterns, short game, and putting McIlroy would beat Hogan in every category because thats how it is. The game moves on.

  • @timSimt..." clubhead speed, fairways hit, greens hit, shot patterns, short game, and putting McIlroy would beat Hogan in every category because thats how it is."... lol, you're joking, right? there's no chance he touches hogan in any category. none. if he did he'd have one majors already. give ben hogan a pro v-1, there's no telling what he'd do with it. there's only one other person who could get a ball to do exactly what he wanted 99 times out of 100, and that was moe norman.

  • @senorchipotle Moe Norman's the guy that would put a blanket in a field and land 4 irons on it all day right? I think my high school coach told me about him.

  • @quasiphatpaul... yep, that's moe. he hit something like 500 drives in a row and put them all within a circle with a diameter of 20 yards.

  • @senorchipotle Another amazing thing: the course is a sand-bunker design course, as opposed to trees, and he played all four rounds without getting in one bunker.

  • @senorchipotle Moe Norman's the guy that would put a blanket in a field and land 4 irons on it all day right? I think my high school coach told me about him.

  • @dbs0212 That's what she said...

  • @dbs0212 Oh for sure, I wouldn't know why anyone would change that swing. I mean he was so dominant with it and he could literally do anything he wanted with the golf ball.

  • @dbs0212 no u idiot! everyone knows its ben hogan....DUH!

  • @TheMagic68 The ballstriking Tiger showed in the 2000 British Open was amazing, better than Ben Hogan, sorry mate but you're wrong.

  • @dbs0212 wow u weren't born with a brain huh? ben hogan was a better ballstriker than woods even in woods prime in 2000. ben hogan was a god. sorry mate, but ur wrong!

  • @TheMagic68 Shit I could be better than hogan If i chose to hit my driver 210 in the fairway...that doesnt work anymore, its obsolete!

  • @PUArtista wut the fuck are you talking about?! I never said anything like that. you still couldn't get 1/16th of what hogan was even if you did drive it only 210. no shit its obsolete douche bag, every1 knows that

  • @TheMagic68 Mate your wrong, I'm talking about a singular tournament, the 2000 British Open. And during the course of this tournament Tiger showed some of the best ballstriking ever. Overall Hogan was a better striker, but the ballstriking Tiger showed during the 2000 British Open was better than Hogan's best.

  • @dbs0212 o ok. well im not going to say tiger was better than hogan in that one tournament but I will say that he was even with him as being tied for the best ball-striking display in major championship history.

  • @dbs0212 wow! i think ur either on drugs or are retarded because even tiger said on the last day of the open championship that he hit alot of squirrely shots. Do you know how wide St. Andrews fairways are? And how big their greens are? Don't look at just the statistics. There's alot of room to miss shots. Why do you think tiger's done so good there? Your really funny man, believing that was a better ball-striking display than even hogan's best hahahahahahahahahahahahaha.

  • @TheMagic68 mate that's what it's about statistics, Tiger didn't hit it in 1 fairway bunker, and mate if you can find me the video where Tiger said he hit alot of squirrely shots then i'll believe you. And one more thing I know my comments have got alot more likes then yours so guess i'm right mate not you. :)

  • @dbs0212 So you think just cuz a bunch of retards liked your comments your right? he hit so many fairways cause their 50yds wide. watch the highlights of the 2000 british open on the golf channel and you'll hear tiger say he hit alot of bad shots on the last day of the open. Tell me, did woods ever start his drives out into O.B. land and curve his ball back in the fairway like hogan did in the 53' british open? read your history and statistics can lie alot about a golfers true skill level.

  • @TheMagic68 a golfer's true skill is the ability to limit the affect of a bad shot. If Tiger for the day hooks a little to much when hitting draws for instance he'll play with it and aim more right. and fyi, yes there's a vid here on youtube where he starts his drive towards OB and curves it back

  • @llojsan I would love to see that vid cuz i know for a fact, tiger has never started the ball out of bounds and then CURVED it back into the fairway...hahahaha good luck finding that vid

  • @TheMagic68 "tiger woods almost aces the 18th on The Old Course" search that

  • @llojsan ok i saw the vid and below it said tiger drove the ball ALONG the O.B. not OVER. If you know anything about the history of golf, you would know that hogan drove his ball 15-20 yds. left of O.B. and faded it back into the fairway at carnoustie.....that's where he got his nickname 'the wee ice man'

  • @TheMagic68 my mistake, thought we were talking about driving it along not over.

  • @llojsan No worries mayn

  • @dbs0212 You have heard of Ben Hogan yes?

  • @foxysham Tiger is better than Hogan was.

  • @dbs0212 Far be it for me, admittedly a weekend golfer at best to criticize woods' swing, but I will let one, Jack Nicklaus have the final word if I may....

Jack Nicklaus, who only saw Hogan play some years after his prime. Nicklaus once responded to the question, "Is Tiger Woods the best ball striker you have ever seen?" with, "No, no - Ben Hogan, easily".

Simple as that. Even Tiger himself observed that both Hogan and Norman owned their swings, based on pure ball striking ability.

  • @foxysham I'm not talking bout the swing or ballstriking right now, if it was swing then yes Hogan would beat Woods. I'm talking bout all round Golf and Tiger Woods is better at Golf than Ben Hogan was.

  • It is now difficult to see how Tiger could repeat this kind of form.

  • rchris36,I think you are right. Tiger in the Tiger slam period was playing at the highest level ever achieved. With what is happening now to him it is difficult to see him as the same dominant force again.

  • But if anyone can do it, tiger can.

  • @idatomhue ... He will be back, and I believe that he will be back stronger and more focused than ever.. After all he's Tiger Woods... The Chosen One..

  • gobat111, He will be back for sure. But I don't EVER think he will play at the 2000 level again. He has come back before but never to that level. He will get Jack Nicklaus' records but there will now be a big ? hanging over him with possible steroid and Human Groth Hormone and Performance Enhanced Drug use. To many because of the ???s raised after his private life even when he passes Jack he won't be considered the greatest.

  • @idatomhue .. You are wrong.. First of all I don't believe that he has taken any kind of preformance enhancing drug.. And why does everbody start talking about that because he cheatet on his wife, one thing has nothing to do with the other... And to me it does'nt matter if he gets Jack record or not, Tiger will always be The Greatest Golfer that we will ever see... The way I see it, Give the man a break. We all make mistakes.. But as they say, let he who is without sin, cast the first stone...

  • for me that was tiger swinging his best

  • Except when he is club-tossing,

  • Hahahahah! Let's remember what Tiger has achieved on the course as well as off it!

  • President Woods!
