WOW!! Thanks for explaining with sooo much detail!! You motivate me!! Its like having my private personal trainer!! Thanks again!!! Your video is awesome!!
@OculusDraconis Sorry to hear about your back. I have a great video called "tricep exercises for women" i think can help you! Just type it in the search and it should pop up.
@kallywag70 great question... for many of the moves you can use exercise bands. If you don't have them they are really cheap. You can get three different size resistances for like $15. Also kettle bells work, but I was use the bands, the are cheaper and you can do a ton with them
thanks so much for the video. I've been struggling with builing up the muscles in my arms again, as well as losing weight and toning. The pike pushup looks like it may be easier, but I'll find out shortly. thanks again!

@kallywag70 I like the trainer Jay Johnson and he always points out you can use anything like water bottles or food cans.

if you're just starting off how many do you do of each?

aim for 2 sets of 8-12 reps. 8 for muscle toning and 12 for fat loss.

start small, with them on your knees or on an incline and you will get there for sure!
