  • I have a really bad back and would like exercises for underarm flab. Think you can give me a few of those that are easier on my back lol?

  • @kallywag70 great question... for many of the moves you can use exercise bands. If you don't have them they are really cheap. You can get three different size resistances for like $15. Also kettle bells work, but I was use the bands, the are cheaper and you can do a ton with them

  • you can also use canned goods as weights also

  • @kallywag70 I like the trainer Jay Johnson and he always points out you can use anything like water bottles or food cans.

  • thanks so much for the video. I've been struggling with builing up the muscles in my arms again, as well as losing weight and toning. The pike pushup looks like it may be easier, but I'll find out shortly. thanks again!

  • if you're just starting off how many do you do of each?

  • aim for 2 sets of 8-12 reps. 8 for muscle toning and 12 for fat loss.
