Well he's speaking nicely to the dogs and they seem VERY happy to see him but that does not excuse the terrible conditions there. Chains and trash, no food bowls in sight, cinder blocks and low budget buckets for water to go in. Quality kennels? Ehh not so much. Spades collar looks too tight also. I love dogs and this is not the way they were meant to be kept. Pure back yard breeder right here, in a literal sense.
@suzukigixxer05 I agree. Axel and chain set-ups are WAY better, That bitch is on like a four ft chain because it knotted up and jesus how about some yard clean up. Keeps the dogs happy and the city happy. Also, better dogs houses. Your better off building em then buying thoose shitty plastic ones.

I ain't hatin, but man get better chain setups. Try car axle correct length chain, two bull rings and swivler. Will stop your chain from knottin up
