damn i have not heard of this issue before and you say a hard reset did not work? did you try to re-install the 6.1 rom? if you did and it didnt work then your phone is messed up. download regedit and change the button settings for it.

xpr...there is a problem with the fone itself .....if i am any where.. start menu, aim, songs list... anywhere...it wont go up...
