pennsylvania state university. lots of colleges have big stadiums here like this. as much as i hate to say this this is the second largest capacity in the country. but thats up for debate michigan only gives u 10 inches to sit

@jeepskier1080 pretty sure it is the largest stadium at this time.  Michigan had to add handicap seating so they have less seats now. Beaver is 107,282. Michigan is 106,201 due to renovations in 2008. We Are..!
