@Lorentz101 By plater carrier you mean you must put plates in it.... the same goes for the old school interceptor. The rig we refer to as the "plate carrier" is literally just that.... it only carries plates (with molle attachments). Its not large or cumbersome and is a SHIT TON lighter!
