Wow I must be really good at it, panhandling I mean wherein I usually make $20 per hour in Calgary which is far better then the $10 minimum wage
Other then that
I am surprised that such a rich nation as the USA would be so concerned as to make things difficult for a panhandler....

Try kicking their fucking assess, they should work for a living like everyone else. Try following one some time and you'll realize just how homeless and desperate they are when the get in their fucking car and go home to a nice house.
