@Snipertoaster actually although your strategy is good, just thought i'd point out they're not clones, in the first game, travis sliced the original destroyman in half at the end of the fight, hence why they are identical but have opposite bionic sides.

Remember that if you stand underneath the bridge that the Blue Destroyman in on, he can't hit you. Then wait for him to drop near his fallen clone then attack him before he runs off again. Then repeat. Easier than trying to chase him down all the time.
