@Gameplay946 I used fraps with the option "full sized" and in windows live movie maker I just chose to save it as "high definition".
I can recommend the second part, but the fraps videos with full size take up almost 4 gygabite for a bit more than 2 minutes of video.
So I would only use it for short stuff like this. If you want to make longer videos, you should stick to half sized, because I lost all my 2 hours of video for my planned let's play, when my hard drive suddenly overloaded and died
