a fixed base trike has the problem of tipping if a corner is taken too quickly (traditional style)

this one leans into the turn and shifts the center of gravity in the same fashion a motorcycle will do.

if you're really wanting something that turns without tilting, get a car.

Good question. We all know counter steering doesn't apply to any normal trike, however this leans like a motorcycle so there's a chance that counter steering is used to turn.
