i have tourettes its not to bad as long as my mind is occupied, because at school my mind is occupied i don't tic much mostly just eye blinks and head jerks but nothing really but when i think about it they can get really severe like hurting myself, tourettes isn't fun, and it's not a choice so i don't get why people make fun of it

I think its great that they can just be themselves, I don't have Tourettes but I know people with it and I hate that my friend is always stared at, it really bothers me because hes the same as anyone else. I say let one live and treat everyone else as if we are all the same, because even though we act and look different it doesn't mean that we are different, we all have a heart, why not use it. = D

I hate to say it but I enjoy seeing how they all have the same eyes as I do... the same sleepless looking eyes that I've had since I was 10, raccoon eyes... even if I sleep so good for weeks on end and everything, I've always had dark circles all the way around my eyes. my beautiful wife has tourettes but it's not as bad as these kids. funny how i founded out .we still laugh about it till this day. she was putting on makeup & suddenly she starts doing this weird hand movement & for a min i thought she was callin me but she was just putting on her makeup. i got scared & i said "what the f*** was that?".she also got scare and asked me what?..i said "what were you doing with your hand?..(i did the movement) she laugh & said "i tourettes,.it's okay im normal ahah"

I have tourettes, these cases are 1 in 10.

as in, other people don't even notice my tourettes , but for these kids it is very noticeable and very embarrassing.

I have a severe form of tourette's and it's not easy at all. It makes me very happy that there is a place for kids to go like that. I wish I had a place like that when I was growing up. May peace love and prosperity find everyone all around the world forever and ever until the end of time.
