Lidle thought that he had enough room to execute that turn, but there were easterly winds that day, and it reduced that amount of space to 1300 feet. He didn't have enough room, stalled, and it crashed into the Bel-Aire Apartments. NTSB Official Cause Listing: Pilot Error.

Depends on your point of view. The intention here was to show how a Private Pilot, flying VFR, could get into trouble trying to fly too close to the Bravo airspace. In this context the path of flight is important. If you were looking for a pyrotechnics I suggest you rent Die Hard.

the game is called "Fly" its a flying sim..he wasnt flying until the very end...i have that game....it was being piloted by the comp until the guy took over at the end..

No. This was FlightSim 2004 with a payware scenery package for New York, I piloted the aircraft from start to finish. The weather was set using METAR reports from that day.

I guess those beeping noises are basically signals that the plane was flying over restricted airspace. Very reminiscent of 9.11.

The beeping noises are the Ident feature of a navigational aid on the ground. What you are hearing is morse code for the identifier of LGA. It is beeped out in long and short pulses as .-.. --. .-

This lets pilots know they have the right ground station tuned as there are more stations than frequencies available.
