where did it all go wrong we had muisc like this then it all went bad now the bands playing this muisc are not around well they are but u got to go looking for them and when u find them they disaprer god i hate today's muisc
@vanhouten64 - Never got the album but always loved this tune. Too bad about MacMaster - very sad. But agreed - just looked up the album cover and it's silly to say the least. Looks like they were trying to go for something a bit deeper or "artistic" than they should have. Do you remember the first band Jason joined - Airrace? He was only 17 at the time. I remember seeing their album in a Tower Records in Sacramento, but don't recall ever hearing any of the music.
Since I couldn't "like" their comments (blocked by forces higher?), I'll just say I agree completely with the last 2. We're resisting this odd Gaga goo-goo AD CAMPAIGN. Where's adbusters and the "occupy" crowd when you need them ?
wow the last thing I needed to see before this was a fucking justin beiber commercial. and its a little akward to see lady gagas ugly face in the backround. wtf
That guitar player is really good. Good vibrato, great note choice..fantastic phrasing. He deserved more attention back in those days....but all the attention went to the shredders.
1988 was great for Jason and Bonham when this track became their swan song release in 1989 ... this song is proof that rock still and will always be the back bone of American culture ! excellent composure, 5 stars drumming and arrangement :)
@dbpiercy1 Yea....thinking back on the 80s can actually hurt sometimes. SO much fun-the best music-and around here, we got by with so much in this small town that we hd a ball!!!If I could go back...one day to see my old friends, school, etc-I'd give anything
@lavasmokechile YEAH! this just took me back to probably 18 - playing The Disregard of Time Keeping blew my speakers - Sherwood and BSR 5-ways - at the time they sounded the best at max volume! Smoked my horn tweeters!
Dan deserves to be remembered. Trust me. He was my brother. I miss him dearly. he left so suddenly and I unfortunately am stuck with that memory for the rest of my life. Just listen. He was very talented and so funny. Miss you everyday Dan..... your brother .... Jody
I remember when this album came out. I loved it. All some people could say was that his band sounded like Led Zepplin. Well what do you think it would sound like when at the age of 3 he was Jason was jamming with his dad. All musical artist have influences that come through in there music. What were people thinking. He had the greatest influences in his.

Sorry to be negative but this is too heavily influenced by Zeppelin, especially Kashmir. I was aware that Jason Bonham was in metal bands back in the '80s but there was no Youtube then, so I never got to hear & see it until now. I'm surprised how Zeppelin-pastichey it is ........and the visuals are too Bon Jovi :( Again, sorry for negativity.
@warpathHB Jason may share the Bonham name but it sure looks and sounds like he shares the Plant DNA. Really like the song. To me it sounds more like the Honeydrippers than Led Zep. Same influence though.

Name of the band is "Bonham" not "Jason Bonham Band".
Daniel McMaster - vocals
John Smithson - keyboards, bass, violin
Ian Hatton - guitars
Jason Bonham - drums and percussion
I have the album and the whole thing is quite good, though you'd never guess it from the dumb album cover.
