Flash is better for getting hit marks (scouting enemies), concussion have a better effect and works 360 degrees. I prefer trophy system or portable radar, lasts longer than 2 hits. Use all tacticals though, to unlock the challanges. Except tactical insertion and smoke maybe.

MSR is best bolt-action. Faster reload and faster fire rate than L118A. I heard a rumour L118A had higher running speed but nobody confirmed it yet. L118A have a neat scope-in but it's only psycological, all snipers scope-in exactly in the middle of the sight.

Sleight of hand pro, quickdraw and steady aim is really useful especially if you use akimbo Magnum. Extremely fast swap and reload, steady aim pro gives faster sprint out time which is key to quickscope. While sprinting you can quickscope around 0.1 second faster. Steady aim helps with akimbo weapons (since you can only hipfire). Double tap shots, don't use one at a time, for lower recoil. Unlike deagle you can basically spam (both trigger at the same time).

Impact for wallbanging, focus for quickscoping, speed (+ExCon) for entry kills/flag caping game modes, stability together with acog scope (for hardscope without breath).

Use all attachments (silencer if you can be bothered, in drop zone or so) to unlock the later attachments and focus. Weapons goes up 50 exp per kill so 1000 or so exp for 40 kills gives you a nice boost.

50 cal has more of a rate of to 1 shot kill, therefore the 50 cal has an advantage over the MSR however the MSR has more of an acuraccy and hit rate to be higher but to my opinion the MSR is better i dont know what it is with the MSR but i find it better and easier to use for some reason, but hey it is not my choice to chose for you, But if you want to take my advice ide go with the MSR for my opinion :)
